Terrible service, run around So i wrote a review About the gmc acadia we had purchased at first i thought oh wow this is a great place!! Now i want to correct my reveiw; after dri So i wrote a review About the gmc acadia we had purchased at first i thought oh wow this is a great place!! Now i want to correct my reveiw; after driving the car a couple of days the front end was knocking pretty bad. They said that they would fix it so we took the car back so they could send it to their "shop" i have went back and fourth with this place for 2 weeks now trying to get answers about where my vehical is and what is going on with it. First im told bushings, then im told it was more extensive. So still 3 employees later have no answers. They do not return calls, they do not know anything about a vehical, and their customer service is absolutly terrible. Ive asked multiple times for a direct contact number to the " shop" that my vehical is at and STILL GET A RUN AROUND. if i would have known this dealership is rated an F through BBB, with 8 filed complaints, 3 of which were never returned on the companies behalf and 1 that is unresolved. Needless to say i will be making the 9th report to the BBB about this company and their customer service. They do not check over the vehicals before they resell them. I sure am hoping that i will not have to end up paying legal fees to get my lawyer involved in this. These people litterally just want to make the sale anything after those papers are signed they could care less about. More

KNH experience So, I'll start off by saying, this was a very easy and satisfying purchasing experience. I originally looked online to view the inventory, and get an So, I'll start off by saying, this was a very easy and satisfying purchasing experience. I originally looked online to view the inventory, and get an idea of what I was able to afford. I applied through their website and once I was contacted by Todd, I was completely in the loop through the entire process. He was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs, and my budget (which I probably didn't make seem very easy). I needed a 3rd row vehicle (not a van) that had a reasonable amount of miles, and in my price range. Shortly after I was matched up with a vehicle that fit everything I needed, and asked for. I was kept updated via phone and texts the entire time. Once I was able to come into the showroom, and take a look at the vehicle, and take it for a spin, I knew I was making a good decision buying there. Within an hour or two, I was driving home happy. In the end I got the type of vehicle I was looking for, in the price range I needed, and financed easily through their lenders. I appreciate all the help I received, and would buy from them all over again! More
