I have been leasing from Ki Po for years. I just leased a new Equinox today and again thanks to Mike Monczak and John Magaddino. I am trying to work with them with my car & they are refusing to work with me ever since they fixed my exhaust manifold it leaks coolant & oil also I told them about if after they fixed it & Bre who wo refusing to work with me ever since they fixed my exhaust manifold it leaks coolant & oil also I told them about if after they fixed it & Bre who works there said it ain't covered no it is cause you guys messed up & also my car feels like It wants to stall when driving it & she also told me it was covered even after the warranty was up!!! So I was lied to & i am paying on a xxx & still owe money on it & they wont make things right!!!! More

The service writer said about an hour to an hour and a half but it wasn't ready until 3 hours after I dropped it off. More

Great Buying Experience Salesman (Leslie) was courteous, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and obviously, very experienced. F&I typically tried to upsell services which I expect. That's their job and that's where they make their money. He was very courteous and not at all pushy.
