Spent two unsuccessful days trying to get a price on a new Kia from this dealer. They do not want to communicate effectively and lack transparency with online pricing. I cannot express how thankful I am for this dealership, and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her jun and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her junior year at K-State, which is also he first year away from home. She had just purchased a used Kia in KC, to get to and from school and work in Manhattan, and the day she arrived at school, her car broke down. Distribution of parts has been an issue, and finding the problem was no easy task, so Steve went above and beyond to make certain my daughter was able to make to school everyday and to work, and also to make it home for the holidays. The car had several issues, and Jason and his crew resolved every one of them. They are an exemplary team at Kia of Manhattan, and we cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and assuring us that we need to worry about our daughter being away from home. Thank you again! More
I wish to thank Jason Petty, service advisor and tech: Michael Steiner for going above and beyond in my estimation, for taking in my 2016 Kia Forte which I bought used from another dealer yet installed a Michael Steiner for going above and beyond in my estimation, for taking in my 2016 Kia Forte which I bought used from another dealer yet installed a different wheel which included cruise control. I had bought this after reading on Kia Forte forum that others had been successful in replacing a similar situation. I knew there would be no dash light indicator but I had no success finding an independent mechanic to install. The dealer I bought my car from wouldn’t install it either. I called Kia and Jason scheduled me to attempt the install not being able to guarantee it would work but happy me and them when they were able to make the change and it work just fine. I was not told the car didn’t have cruise control when I purchased the car and was sad not to have it after giving up car which did. This makes my Firte supremely happy to enjoy owning now. This Kia of Manhattan has won my thanks and future remembrance when it’s time for another car. And MORE SURPRISINGLY, they washed my car afterwards, incredible concern for providing excellence in service! More
