Worst experience ever! ! The guy who show us the vehicle is very nice and helpful (Josh). The problem is the guy who assisted us with the financial part was VERY VERY VERY ! He started good but when I told him I do not wanted the extended warranty he completely change. He started pushing a lot. He was very rude, he started speeding up the process in a bad way. I am still learning English and he made fun of me because I wrote wrong a word. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If you want to buy a car from here be ready to be strong with your decision. We buy a number of Kia Souls each year for our corporate fleet. I went to Kia of Clermont and we got together on price for two Kia Souls. This was on a Friday and when they found out a check couldn't be c fleet. I went to Kia of Clermont and we got together on price for two Kia Souls. This was on a Friday and when they found out a check couldn't be cut until the following week with a $5K deposit, I was told they wouldn't sell me the Souls because they could make more money on them over the weekend. I was trying to establish a new relationship and they blew that one. As the cars didn't sell that weekend, I got a call to see if I was interest. No thanks! Bad start to a new Dealership. I hope they learned a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. I don't recommend them to anyone. More
If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to inquire about a Kia Niro 2 weeks ago. After getting the quote, part of the charges included were for the Claremont advantage. I live in Northwest Florida almost 8 hours from Orlando. I would never use this advantage, nor did I want it. This dealership refuse to remove it from the cost of a vehicle. They are charging 11% over MSRP for vehicles, and then have the nerve to charge for something that the customer doesn’t want. The only offer I was given, was to remove $1000 off of the 2495 at the advantage cost. If you were in the market for a vehicle I would go anywhere else but here. More
I just purchased a vehicle from Kia of Clermont. I have been buying cars for a long time. This had to of been 1 of my best experience ever. Not to mention the sales man Ziggy was absolutely amazing. I have been buying cars for a long time. This had to of been 1 of my best experience ever. Not to mention the sales man Ziggy was absolutely amazing. He was quick straight to the point. N was very honest n not pushy at all. If you are looking for great service and a new car I highly recommend going to this dealership. I will definitely being buying all my cars from there and look forward to seeing the best sales man ziggy in the future. Thank You Kia and Ziggy for such a great experience. I must say this was the only time I have never had an issue buying a vehicle..If I could give them and the salesman 100 stars 🌟 I sure would.. More
