I've always worked on my car for well over 50 years. I just rotated my 2020 Soul tires on 2/23 with 20,000 miles on them. Had an issue with the steering wheel, it was coming apart. Kia of Clermont ordered a new one on 5/25 and was contacted a week later about coming in to replace it. When I drop it off it was mentioned that I needed an alignment. I said the tires looked good and I don't need one, the mfg doesn't require it when replacing the steering wheel. Side note they gave me a ride home by uber, to & from the wrong town( Clermont instead of Ocoee where I live). After getting it back, my wife then took the car on an 800-mile trip. When she returned I notice the front outside edge tires were wearing very odd. Went back into the dealership 2 weeks after they worked on it. Explained to 2 Service Advisors about the wear on front tires they were in total denial. They didn't even want to look at the tires. It was stated it was a front-wheel drive car, I had refused tire maintenance, and the tires don't wear that quickly in that short of time. Ended up taking it to a local tire alignment shop to correct the alignment. More

I specifically asked about the oil change, air, filter, and cabin air filter. When I looked under the hood, the coolant was low. Sales rep talked to service rep and they added coolant. . I asked about the filters and was told they were changed. I told sales rep. I would be checking them when I got home. When I checked both were OLD and FILTHY!! I sent pictures to sales rep, service rep, and team leader. NO RESPONSE!! More

Edward in the service department promised us one thing then took it back. He has done this multiple times. There’s always an excuse for everything they do and don’t let you do. And do NOT let Brett (maybe his name is Brent) the mechanic work on your vehicle. He laughed at us and lied to our faces. This place should be ashamed of themselves. More

Was at KIA of Clermont today. My wife had told me her driver side turn signal wasn't working. The service tech examined the car and said there was a short circuit and the entire My wife had told me her driver side turn signal wasn't working. The service tech examined the car and said there was a short circuit and the entire headlight unit needed to be replaced and since the car was out of warranty, I'd be looking at about $1,242. ($783 for the headlight unit and 2 hours of labor). I said I needed to think about such a large expense. On my way home, out of habit I clicked the left turn signal and it worked, just like it had for 4 years. I figure pulling and reinserting the plug fixed my problem. (short circuit? not likely) My wife greeted me and said she'd been on Amazon and the headlight unit that dealer said needed to be replaced was being sold for $300. I checked YouTube and damned if there wasn't a video how to replace the headlight assembly, and given the rapacious dealership, I decided to do it myself if and when it actually needed to be replaced Oh, and another thing.. while I was in the waiting lounge, a kid comes out and tells me there are rock chips in my windshield and they can repair them at no cost - my insurance will cover it. Being somewhat cautious, I called my insurance company. The agent told my 'yes' it would be covered but they monitor claims and if I really needed a future replacement, my claim might be turned down. So.. I passed on the rock repair. However, while I was waiting, the kid did sell another windshield repair. (The kid's spiel reminded me of the guys who used to come around and promise me a new roof after a hail storm.) More

Everyone here has been so helpful and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle purchase. Got so many perks that I wasn't even aware of. Would highly recommend kia clement. Never written a review for a dealership I didn't buy a car from until now. This is the type of dealership that gives dealerships a bad name. Do not buy a Kia telluride! I bought my used 39000 miles certified kia telluride from Kia of Clermont dealer and two months later the roof part after the windshield had a 5 big I bought my used 39000 miles certified kia telluride from Kia of Clermont dealer and two months later the roof part after the windshield had a 5 big paint chips from just driving on the interstate. There was nothing I did to cause the chips and I contacted the dealer and kia corporate and they just said it was out of the kia paint warranty after 39000 miles. I took my car to three different body shops and they all said it was a manufacturer paint issue. I looked it up online and apperantly is a really common issue with kia telluride models. I had a kia optima for 6 years and never had any issues but the kia telluride has been a nightmare. Please dont buy this car and if you do buy it with less than 39000 miles if not your out of money and luck because Kia will refuse to make things right and give you a car without manufacturer paint issues. The manager and the staff at Kia of Clermont were also not transparent, assurong me they would take care of the issue and than telling me am out of luck. I hated this experience, and will never buy anything from this dealership or Kia vehicle !! More
