This is probably the worst place to purchase a vehicle I have had my sportage since Nov 23 they have had it 8 months in service can’t fix it I make high payments and they have my sportage yes I get a loaner have had my sportage since Nov 23 they have had it 8 months in service can’t fix it I make high payments and they have my sportage yes I get a loaner but it’s not mine! They all give you crap and don’t know what’s wrong with it why it does when I slow to stop and not always easy to start on the interstate in Florida not safe to drive but they keep it and wait for someone to come from corporate to check it he’s very smart I’m told finally came said it’s fixed I pick up have about a week and again same problem so they gave it again seems to me now would be good for Kia yo step up put me in a safe vehicle god forbid my family would be killed when this happened on I 4 I have talked to all service people and the manager Cooper and still get no where I real close to leaving it there and they can keep it I’m an older women but not stupid as I think they feel I don’t know anything but we will see soon ! I have felt either all the service guys and managers not much else to do except leave it ! Do I’m just letting whoever is wanting a Kia do not buy there !! Aldo was told my car when it’s cold won’t start what a stupid thing to tell someone I had it in the garage and it wouldn’t start and it locked itself ? Was told can’t leave keys in or around it and my garage was probably too cold funny right? First to hear that I bet! More

Extremely difficult to get the service department via phone. They never answer, take a message and then never return a call. If you try to connect to sales you get through immediately! We have a Kia Sorento 2024 and have agreement for total service (USD100.00 per month) we try to use 2 times, first time they said is not insurance cover, because it was the rock on the hi way and we paid f service (USD100.00 per month) we try to use 2 times, first time they said is not insurance cover, because it was the rock on the hi way and we paid for new cooler, now it was a simple tire repair and the are soul my wheel for 2 days and plus probably for the weekend. They tell you anything to get you to buy and lie about it when you call them out on it. Very unprofessional behavior from the salesman, sales manager, and finance staff. This is the worst dealership I ever had to deal with. I purchased a car back in April of this year I had it the car for 2 weeks. I had to return the vehicle for reasons like the video you've probably saw I purchased a car back in April of this year I had it the car for 2 weeks. I had to return the vehicle for reasons like the video you've probably saw on tik tok. Which I probably shouldn't have went back to this Kia dealer because I had problems with them the year prior. So shame on me for going back but I LOVE Kia cars. Now the problem I have now is that the 2024 Kia Soul I returned in April still has the tag registered in my name but it's on a Kia sportage. So I'm having to take days off work and sat at the DMV, sunpass and Epass to make sure it gets fixed. I reached out to Kia of Clermont about this problem over a month ago and it's fixed. I spoke with Epass, sunpass and the DMV as well. Now I'm missing work and losing pay over this. I'm extremely frustrated and angry. With Kia of Clermont. Because they're the one that issued my plate and gave it to the other customer without making sure my information was cleared first. More

Hes telling me xx about sales and prizes LIES . Very sketchy and dishonest because I catch a lyft down there just to get denied . Im ok with the fact I got denied Im picking my life up so my credit has suffered but DENY ME FROM HOME And let me save my 30 dollars I spent in getting a lyft. They will tell you anything to get you down there . Don’t yall want ppl you can actually sell cars to? Don’t waste ppls time . But when we try to pay off lease early- we would still have to pay all interest fees in term of lease even when we only leased car for days! We were lied to by everyone in contact with-including front desk person-STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSIP. More
Just stay away from them at any means. Car price magically changes several times, adding tons of extras and ignores all type of contact after purchase. Service is also terrible and rude.
