It starts with the Service Advisor, who today was Scott Myers. He was personable and made me feel like I mattered by greeting me at the door. He asked why I was there. We went through a few other recommendations I might consider, some of which I already had done. I asked if he would make a list of the service recommendations on the back page of my Invoice and that I would get them done eventually. Reps like Scott are the main reasons I return to Napleton Kia for service to my Optima. Another is the great work I can count on Service performing on my car. And if this wasn't enough for 5 Stars, they returned my Optima to me washed. Not bad way to start my day. More

My husband and I bought a 2017 brand new when it first came out. The entire car shakes randomly when it’s at low rpms. We brought it in and they said it was because we changed our own oil. So we let them change our filter to the official Kia one. It’s still knocking and they’re saying to bring it back in but they don’t know if they can duplicate the issue. We are a single car household and cannot get by without a car for a day again. So if we want to get our car fixed that we bought from this dealership that is still under warranty we are expected to pay for a rental car... Not to mention that the girl I spoke to in the service department was rude and had a terrible attitude. Will NEVER buy another car from here. More

Service Center-they now have female receptionists who appear to know/understand nothing about cars rather than mechanics to whom you can explain your needs. The only good thing was Johnny Jaramillo who spoke to me and explained things after my car had been serviced. When I go in for the 60,000 servicing, I will ask for him directly rather than dealing with the receptionists. More

Nightmare after being hit by an employee of this dealership I was hit by an employee of Northlake Kia, I am now told an ex-employee. A service manager came to the scene and gave me his card. He was never avai I was hit by an employee of Northlake Kia, I am now told an ex-employee. A service manager came to the scene and gave me his card. He was never available and never returned messages. Even though the accident wasn't my fault, I had to turn it over to my insurance because my car wasn't driveable. 2 months later I had to call their corporate office to get some cooperation. I received a phone call from a Rob Minier, who said he was a district service manager. He promised to make things right and admitted they were at fault. He also put me in touch with Rosi Palermo, who has also promised to cooperate with my insurance co. And get the matter handled. Now another month later, they are still playing games, providing phony insurance policies, just like they did at the accident scene. I had to lay out my deductible and have been through nothing but games and hassle from this dealership. I am betting they didn't have insurance on the car and/ or driver because it's been over 3 months. Still waiting for them to make this right.... and waiting. They lie and provide false info, don't do business with them. More
