Three times I dealt with their customer service dept. A two hour service appointed only to have my oil changed and a somewhat carwash Not sure what they did but I know my filters were not changed my fluids not filled and my tires not rotated three thing I requested to have done Valvoline completed it all it less then 30 min. Not the place to do business with. They told me one thing and did another. The SUV I bought new has issues that Napleton Kia wont help with. I had to open up a case with Kia to get help. My husband took my bmw to install 4 new tires because they had a great sale, and my car drives wonderful. They explained everything to me in detail and when it was time to pay, the invoice was exactly wh they had a great sale, and my car drives wonderful. Mt wife and I purchased a used car from Napleton last year. The sale went well and the price of the car was a little high but I had the car fax and found that the car had mostly all repairs and maintena year. About 6 months after the purchase My wife took the car in for a minor repair which went well, except when the tech returned the car to her he told he found another part that had to be replaced. I checked the part myself and then took it to a private technician, we both found the part was fine. Looking at the car fax I found that Napleton had replaced the part 2 yeas ago. needless rto say that was my first/last visit to napleton,s repair service center. I have a free oil change coming up, but i will do it myself. By tring to sell me something that I didn't need they have lost far more money than they would have made selling me an uneeded repair.
