BEWARE!!! WORST Service experience in my 50 years of driving. Took the car in with check engine light and car stalling a few times.,was told it was part of an engine class action lawsuit and they would driving. Took the car in with check engine light and car stalling a few times.,was told it was part of an engine class action lawsuit and they would replace the short black at no charge. Picked up the car a few days later and only drove it for 4 days when the same light and same code came on again. Took the car back. They rarely called us with updates, we had to call them. After 3 weeks they said it was a new issue and would cost over $800! We reluctantly agreed and then when the car was supposedly ready we picked it up only to find that there now 3 new warning lights on! So of course they could repair it for another $300! Those lights weren’t on when we dropped the car off. We believe they caused the damage in order to get more money. We declined the repair and will never go back and will never purchase another KIA. More
Brought car in for oil change (with free multi-point inspection). Was told the car failed on 6 items-even though one, brake flush, was done 200 miles previously, and another, cabin air, was changed 7,0 inspection). Was told the car failed on 6 items-even though one, brake flush, was done 200 miles previously, and another, cabin air, was changed 7,000 miles previously. When I told the service rep. that this might be fraud, he got the service manager who said "let's look under the hood". The service manager said he would recommend only one thing be done of the six, and given what happened, the dealership would pay for it. He said the tech. was probably (and inappropriately) going by the age of the car and what was suggested by KIA. Heaven help the naive customer who assumes he is getting good advice. More

Brought my car in because it was making a loud sound. This was my third attempt at trying to find the source. They found it and took care of it right away, what a relief! A two hour service appointed only to have my oil changed and a somewhat carwash Not sure what they did but I know my filters were not changed my fluids not filled and my tires not rotated three thing I requested to have done Valvoline completed it all it less then 30 min. Not the place to do business with. They told me one thing and did another. The SUV I bought new has issues that Napleton Kia wont help with. I had to open up a case with Kia to get help.
