Absolutely the worst service ever. I had nothing but trouble with the service department. My car had to have the engine replaced and the transmission replaced in the past year. I was lied to numerous trouble with the service department. My car had to have the engine replaced and the transmission replaced in the past year. I was lied to numerous times by the service advisor and the service managers. This past week I got my car back after three weeks with the transmission replacement and was charged more than I was quoted. And they informed my that my engine is now leaking oil and it might be from the area they just worked on but aren’t sure. But I would have to pay for another diagnostic and new repairs. This is after they refused to return any of my calls for a week. They had my car for six weeks when they replaced the motor last year. Do not trust Jim Collins (Service Manager) (614) 374-1581 nor Ryan the service advisor. They will lie directly to your face. Call Steve (President) at 561-285-4408 if you need action. At least I finally got a call back after a week by talking to him. This service department is the worst place I’ve ever had to deal with. More

Went there with a morning appointment in the middle of the week. Oil Change and Tire Rotation - simple enough, right? I waited at the freezing cold dealership for 3 hours. I got hungry so I bought chips the week. Oil Change and Tire Rotation - simple enough, right? I waited at the freezing cold dealership for 3 hours. I got hungry so I bought chips from the vending machine. The chips were expired of course. The dealership waiting area was okay I guess but it was freezing cold. During the 3 hours I was there, not once did I receive any updates about what was going on with my car. I had to keep asking myself and no one except Ryan T. wanted to help me or dozens of other clients waiting. The Service Manager, Jim, was so annoying though. He would not get up from his desk to help with anything or take care of any clients. While the Service Advisors were scrambling and trying to get people processed, he was sitting in his office, drinking an energy drink and eating a Chipotle Burrito. It was almost comical. Oh and did I mention that they charged me for the tire rotation and didn't perform it? I didn't buy my Kia there but if this is their service department, I shutter to think what's their sales department like. Don't go there. More

I previously had given the dealership a excellent review . Upon me having time to sit down and look at my mothers paperwork that she had signed off on 3 weeks later. I realize i had been deceived by a crooked salesman by the name of Ihab and the crooked finance manager by the name of simeon. During my transaction with Ihab i told him i was looking for a vehicle under 15000 with low miles. when we finalized the deal he told me he could get me the car for 14,500 which was a 2018 kia spectrum. We also discussed the other offers that he desperately pushed me to purchase ; which was a maintenace plan, upon our discussion and he speaking with that crooked finance manager simeon we agreed on a price of 1500 dollars. the maintenance plan included the car being serviced along with tire rotation oil change and a key replacement etc. needless to say the car is still under warranty. sadly when i saw all these additional fees being charged such as key protection replacement ; napleton care maintenance tire and wheel protection ; program options etc. the contract that was given to my mother was fraudulent. i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and with your corporate office . i am so disappointed and so is my elderly mother. i will advise anyone to read your contract; before you sign it. If they had the heart to do this to a elderly person they would do it to anyone....... More

Mean spirited greedy people who don’t keep their word. I made an appointment for today, and they said they couldn’t take me nor honor the promotion. No curtesy, no explanation, no curtesy call ahead of time telling me they could service my car. Etc. well this is a lease and I will not service it again anywhere. Do not go to this dealership. More
BEWARE!!! WORST Service experience in my 50 years of driving. Took the car in with check engine light and car stalling a few times.,was told it was part of an engine class action lawsuit and they would driving. Picked up the car a few days later and only drove it for 4 days when the same light and same code came on again. Took the car back. They rarely called us with updates, we had to call them. After 3 weeks they said it was a new issue and would cost over $800! We reluctantly agreed and then when the car was supposedly ready we picked it up only to find that there now 3 new warning lights on! So of course they could repair it for another $300! Those lights weren’t on when we dropped the car off. We believe they caused the damage in order to get more money. We declined the repair and will never go back and will never purchase another KIA. Brought car in for oil change (with free multi-point inspection). Was told the car failed on 6 items-even though one, brake flush, was done 200 miles previously, and another, cabin air, was changed 7,0 inspection). When I told the service rep. that this might be fraud, he got the service manager who said "let's look under the hood". The service manager said he would recommend only one thing be done of the six, and given what happened, the dealership would pay for it. He said the tech. was probably (and inappropriately) going by the age of the car and what was suggested by KIA. Heaven help the naive customer who assumes he is getting good advice. More
