He has amazing customer service, has the confidence and knowledge of his product and explained his excitement with owning his own Kia Forte, the exact vehicle I was looking at. His follow-up tools are above reproach, and even called me after the window tinting was done to make sure I was happy. I have dealt with AE's for 20 years in my television career, and I know what it's like to "be a hero today, and a bum tomorrow".
