Great Service Center I brought my Kia in for a recall. I previously was having the vehicle serviced elsewhere. Casey from the service department was beyond helpful. Service The service I experienced at Kia Northlake was appalling. I would recommend to never go this service center for any of your needs. I had 4 bulbs in to The service I experienced at Kia Northlake was appalling. I would recommend to never go this service center for any of your needs. I had 4 bulbs in total replaced at Kia Northlake. They charged 162$ in total for this service. I did not receive the complimentary car wash, and one of the bulbs that was replaced did not even work. This simply means that they did not even check to see that the bulb was installed properly after charging me nearly 40$ per bulb to be replaced. I then asked for a refund, and the service administrator stated that everyone had left, and I would have to bring the car back. He did not ask to reschedule an appointment with me, and just stated bring it back in when you’re free. I waited 2 hours for this service to be done, and without an appointment would have waited even longer than that. The lack of care for such a simple fix shows me that I can not trust this service center for any major issues I may run into. More

I would have to drive 1 hour out of my way just to find a location where the service team was nice, accurate, and actually cared about my car. After receiving my 6th recall I decided to give my neighborhood Napleton Dealership a visitl. I was warmly greeted by Crystal. She was super efficient and caring. She was able to schedule the car for service the same day, and even sold me new tires during the transaction. I took advantage of the complimentary ride to work feeling like I would never see my car again. Typically, dealerships hold your car hostage when you do not wait in the showroom, so I was not hopeful I would see the car again that day. Three hours later I received a call from Crystal that the car was done! I was shocked. The car drives like brand new, but what is more impressive is how one person at the dealership can change so many negative opinions I held for so many years. Thank you for having such a fantastic person on your team. She is a game changer, and I will not go anywhere else as long as she is around. More

Not only did the pros here meet my expectations, in many ways they surpassed them. From the moment I drove onto the lot, I was greeted by friendly smiles and people eager to help. I was kept updated throughout my experience and in the end my Optima was returned to me fixed and shiny. All in all, a very positive experience!! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, or do any sort of business with them for that matter!!!!! Let’s just say my car was there for almost 5 months! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, or do any sort of business with them for that matter!!!!! Let’s just say my car was there for almost 5 months! Nobody wanted to communicate with me, I was passed around between multiple service advisors (including the Director of Operations, Robert Gross), and ultimately treated like a problem rather than a customer. My original service advisor no longer worked there and everyone else I spoke with claimed it's not their problem because they "inherited my situation". This company is as unprofessional as can be and if I knew I would be treated this way I would've gone out of my way to take it to a more reputable Kia dealership. If you want to know what happened -- I originally brought my car in for a faulty engine which was covered under an extended warranty. A month later after the engine was fixed they called and stated that the dashboard was not working and it's not covered under warranty so I would need to pay to fix it. Well, it was working just fine when I brought the car in (how else would they have recorded the mileage and why wasn't it brought up at the original time of diagnosis?!!) but they still played dumb and assured me they would not be held responsible. After a month of back and forth we negotiated a fair price and agreed to move on and just get this fixed (it’s been 3 months at this point). Finally almost 3 weeks later they called and told me the car was ready. Perfect, I could finally move past this! I arrived at the dealership ready to pay the negotiated price --- NOPE! “Oh by the way, we replaced your battery and did a bunch of other things that we failed to tell you about 2 months ago which will cost another $333.00”… The same battery that was less than a year old and had a 2 year warranty, so had they told me about this I could’ve easily replaced that battery myself, saving them the hassle and me a good amount of money! So you can see where they lack communication, could care less about their customers, and are basically just out to screw people. I will say that the service advisor Steven was compassionate and did seem to be genuinely upset over what we had to go through, however there was nothing he could do about it. Shows you how much they value their employee’s as well. Do yourself a favor and stay far FAR away from this place!!!!!!! More

He is a Sales Mana I want to thank Alex Argueta for taking the time to listen to my concerns. I have a 2016 Kia Sorento that I bought there last year. He is a Sales Manager but took the time to help me with a service concern. Other staff were not interested to help, but he was able to assist me and made me a satisfied customer. Professional and accomadating Needed an oil change and wanted the car checked out for anything else that the service technicians saw as a possible problem. The whole process was very efficient. I asked if I could get a ride back home and said that I needed the car to be ready no later than a certain time. Within a few minutes Dennis wrote up the service order and had me shuttled back home. During the service Dennis called telling me that I might want to do one additional thing to the car. He did not sell it. He gave me the parameters and asked me to make a decision. I returned at the agreed upon pick up time and the car was ready to go. More
DEADLY TIRE LEFT ON CAR HUGE BLOW OUT COULD OF DIED!!! I am trying as I type... to work out A CORRECTED REPAIR with your Northlake Napleton Kia... they were to remove 2 worst tires and get rid of damaged I am trying as I type... to work out A CORRECTED REPAIR with your Northlake Napleton Kia... they were to remove 2 worst tires and get rid of damaged tire and no tread then last 2 left on back... and 2 new on front...and get rid of damaged tire and no tread tire... You all LEFT THE TIRE WITH THREADS COMING OUT OF SIDEWALL on m,y car... I have NO VEHICLE and are to leave tomorrow for NC in my car!!!??? They will put a new one, I MUST BUY?? EVEN THOUGH THEY THREW OUT MY PERFECTLY GOOD ONE!!! This is TOTAL NEGLIGENCE ON YOUR PART!!! Your lucky I am not in ICU!! I will go to Shame on you channel 4 and the newspapers and whatever it takes to prove to the PUBLIC >>>YOU CAN NOT TRUST THE NAME 'NAPOLTON!!"
