When to the service department multiple times to get my AC fixed and after 7 different days with my car at the repair shop plus waiting almost 3 weeks for them to get their diagnostic equipment repaired, I AC fixed and after 7 different days with my car at the repair shop plus waiting almost 3 weeks for them to get their diagnostic equipment repaired, It has now been 10 weeks and I still dont have any air. Each time they want to charge me again for my warranty work and for diagnosis but they never fix the problem. Dont waste your time at this repair shop go somewhere else. Also be aware that they prey on the elderly here. They will try to charge you for services they didnt provide or for things you dont need. More

They took my car in for service routine oil change, never put the cap back on and my car dumped oil everywhere even on my way home, and they said nothing, weren’t even surprised by it and never topped off any other fluids either. I took it in for a recall in August, was told last month during this specific oil change above that the recall was never done and added it to the service that day, then they said they didn’t have time for it because a phone charger was in the way so it wasn’t done, then told me when I picked it up that the recall was done in August but never marked off. I still have zero clue if that recall was ever actually done with all the back and forth and clear lies. They call my phone and tell me one thing and when they missed something they just skipped it over and called my husband 2 minutes later that the car was ready for pickup, never intending to finish the work the vehicle was taken there for. Just nothing but lazy sloppy work, they lie to you about their inept abilities to do their jobs, and cover for each other when someone almost blows your engine on your brand new vehicle because they couldn’t complete a simple oil change. Also never rely on their shuttle service, it’s never available even if you schedule your appointment for it to be available to you, you’ll just spend $10-20 ubering home when they wait until you drop your car off for the day to let you know you have no other way home. And yes a simple oil change takes them from 8:00am to 4:00pm. I’d rather go to the take 5 down the road who has impeccable service than pay for this stupid Kia care package where literally there’s no one there who cares about your vehicle, your time, their jobs, or knowing how to even do their jobs. The service manager is incredibly rude, she will gaslight you and avoid any responsibility for her employees lack of knowledge or wrong doing, her attitude is beyond unprofessional. NEVER trust them with your vehicle maintenance at this location, you’ll be disappointed every single time. Garbage service, garbage service team. None of them know what they’re doing. More

Poor customer sercice at this dealership. I booked my car for diagnostics for last Friday & it still has not been done. Until this morning (Monday) I could not even get anyone to call me ba I booked my car for diagnostics for last Friday & it still has not been done. Until this morning (Monday) I could not even get anyone to call me back or tell me what was oing on. On Friday I had been told they didnt know if they could get it finished, if not it would be finished Saturday. Vemoy was my contact for the service dept and she did a really poor job of telling me the truth. More
