Dear customer, Thanks for expressing your feelings about your experience here at Napleton Kia. Without hearing from you is impossible to make sometimes the necessary changes. It seems to me that you are unhappy mostly because we could not find an approval for you and that happens, these theys we feel is a matter of luck when it comes to working with the banks. Please call me before you move forward with this review and let me know how we can make it up to you since we want to serve your future vehicle needs. Regards, Charlie Carmona 561-848-0688 Ccarmona@napleton.com

You can start by firing Kerryann Jhagroo, the lowlife that lied to me when I told her what I was willing to pay. She agreed to exact figures over the phone, and then refused to meet with me, and sent another idiot, Robert Haury to charge me $3,000 more. I have filed a complaint with your KIA Headquarters. They get paid to drive to your dealership, I don't. Thy think this is the way to get a customer in. Well not only did you lose this sale, but you'll lose many more after I get through bad mouthing you. I went to another Kia Dealership that didn't BS me over the phone. The figure they gave, ( which was $500 less than you) was the figure they charged me. Your staff are a disgrace.

Elisa, I'm not sure what you can do, but I would like some answers that everyone is being evasive about. #1 I want proof that the service contract had been cancelled and the lienholder has gotten a refund. #2 I would like an explination on why we were charged sales tax on the warranty when both Danny and Tony said they didn't. I would like that amount also refunded, with proof that it has been refunded. Also, the car we bought and the car we came looking for are still listed on the internet. The original car was sold in Feb, but we were told it was sold just that morning. To me, it looks like a "switch-and bait" practice. As far as doing anything, I think it would be the right thing to do, to refund the service contract and taxes ($1944.04) and give us the discount we negotiated, not on the window price ($15,988.) but on the internet price ($14,988.) That is the only way I will be happy. Thank You
