Campbell worked with me for 6 hrs. He was so friendly, so sweet, when it was all said and done instead of shaking his hand, I felt a hug was in order. Kevin was very clear and informative Jana explained everything so that you completely understand. Didnt for one second get that shakey hand feeling when signing all that paper work. She is fast and accurate and knows her stuff. These people at this dealership where all friendly people. But these three stood out for me. The night time Manager was amazing, cant remember his name unfortunately. I used to dread going to any dealership. But this one, I will send everyone I know there. Thanks for a great experience. I went in just to compare prices with a different Kia dealership that I had recently been to. Turns out not only were they way more friendly than the other dealership; but they also had a larger selectio dealership that I had recently been to. what impress me the most was i was treated like a cizten. my wife and i have very low beacon scores the mid five hundred and had visit several kia dealers and was asked for large down payment. It was a sunday and my wife spotted the dealership as we were driving home on 95 and decided to stop by. As soon we arrived a sales person named eddie spoke with us and we told him of our sitution and right away the manger charlie can over and took an app and came back and told our credit wasn't great but b ecause of our car history he could get us finance. hetold us that the bank was closed on sunday but he said he would take a chance and get us done on a new kia soul and told we could take the car home because he could see we were good people with a few bumps in the road. he got us finance with americredit bank and my wife and i will send all our friends to him. I really still can't believe how much this new car mean to my wife and kids. More

This is terrible. tried to cancel the contract AFTER I signed all the paperwork and left with the car. He realized what a good deal i got and tried to make me pay more...refused to send my loan to the ban signed all the paperwork and left with the car. I called a lawyer and told them I was going to take them to court...after 4 days of battling, i left with the car and they had to eat the loss! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! More
Terrible Experience! Went to other dealership and purchased car. Told within first ten minutes of being there trade in no good, too many miles and they could not take it and credit was not good enoug purchased car.
