He apologized and offered to give me free service for a few years to make up for my troubles if I stopped by and picked up his business card. However as I feel there is no guarantee with this or I would want to use Napleton for service I don't think I am going to take him up on that offer and just take my business to another dealership. I know you don't instruct your staff to "bait and switch" but that is exactly what happened. The day I showed up I was told the GM said there is nothing I could do. However after my phone conversation with the GM he explained he was not even there and is unsure who made that up. So you have a manager there that is saying his is something he is not then wont even face his customer to offer an explanation or apology instead sends the salesmen out who was nice as can be to act as the sacrificial lamb.
