I figured she would give me an appointment date instead she asked for my keys and told me to relax and the service department would take a look at my car! Great Service at Napleton Service reception was drive-in. Quickly met by Valerie Chrystal who quickly sorted out the car's needs. Can is a year old off lease so I want it looked over pretty carefully. Had a small fix needed to lock/unlock system and a tire that needed a fix. She gave a very accurate estimate of both $ and time and it turned out right on. Turned out the tire had a nail and she presented a photo for the go-ahead. Everything was done for a very reasonable price and now my confidence in the car is greatly enhanced. Valery was a great service advisor and asset to Napleton. I've been through many cars and service experiences over the years and no other service experience was as well done as this one. I will be back. More
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, worst experience ever! I have purchased over a dozen vehicles from dealerships and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. In Jan 2016 I traded in one vehicle a I have purchased over a dozen vehicles from dealerships and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. In Jan 2016 I traded in one vehicle and purchased two, this was done as a cash deal as I had financing through my own bank. Upon completing negotiations on price it was agreed that they would pay off my vehicle, accept a check from my banking institution and I would pay them amount (less than $1500.00) by check. It took them 6 1/2 hours to process the paperwork, this should have been my first clue. The first issue I had was they didn't pay off my vehicle. When this deal was completed I had a scheduled payment for the vehicle I was trading in in two weeks. I went back to the dealership a week after the purchase and told them that while they cashed my check and the checks from my bank they still had not paid off the trade in and I had a schedule payment that was due in one week and I did not expect to pay on a vehicle I longer owned. I was informed that it would be taken care of. I called back one day prior to the payment being pulled and could not get anyone to answer phone calls and had to leave messages, still no returned calls. Needless to say the payment was pulled from my account. After several more calls I was finally able to get ahold of the general manager, explained the situation and he had his assistant deliver the payoff. The additional issue I am still dealing with more than a month and a half later is they have not issued me a plate for the second vehicle. I purchased this car for my daughter who is at college. I told them I needed this plate before she went back to school, go figure they have failed at this as well. I have made no less than 20 phone calls, my wife has been to the dealership once and spoke to a woman that said it would be there in a week as they had forgot to order it. Three weeks later still no plate, I have yet to ever get a call back, I made a visit to the dealership, spoke to the sales general manager and he made phone calls and said someone would get back to me....they didn't! I called this manager back 5 hours later and he said he would find out what was going on and call me back...he didn't! I now can not get anyone to call me back, my daughter has returned to college with temp plates on which means she can not get a parking permit and my frustration continues to grow. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. My advise to anyone reading this, go to a different dealership, do not give these people an opportunity screw you over. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! More

This car has everything you could imagine plus some i We have been in the market for a fuel effecient car when we ran across the Kia Optima Hybrid EX. This car has everything you could imagine plus some in a hybrid sedan. We looked at several dealerships when we finally ran across one that had a MANAGERS SPECIAL! Napleton Kia showed a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid EX, brand new, for an astounding $22,596. We couldn't believe our luck! We called and spoke to the BDC, Mark, who confirmed that the posted price was 100% correct and that it was a guaranteed price. We also received 2 seperate emails from corporate stating that the price listed was GUARANTEED with a direct link provided. When we showed up to the dealership, Mark handed us off to a "hybrid specialist", who honestly didn't know much about our previous conversation with the BDC, Mark. When we went out to look at the car, they couldn't find it anywhere. Finally, the salesman went to the maintenance docks and found it there. When he brought it up, it was filthy dirty, and had condensation in the tail lights. Upon further inspection, we realized that the car was an LX, the lower model, not the EX which was assured and guaranteed to us. When we brought this to their attention, they said that it was a typo on the website and that they couldn't honor the listed price. We showed them all of the emails, the precious conversations, and all of the online promotions that the site and emails linked us to, but no one would work with us. They were trying to pull the Ole "bait and switch" on us. Obviously, it didn't work on us. Trust me when I say, I would rather buy from anywhere but here. They are just a bunch of scam artists! The mangers are total COWARDS who wouldn't even come and speak to us to address the issue or even offer a simple apology. More

Upon searching everywhere we came across the new location of northlake Kia which we were not aware of because they had just moved there. We drove in and parked in front of the sales building and we were instantly approached by a sales rep. The rep we dealt with was very kind and genuine. He and everyone else that helped us went out of their way to get what we wanted in our price range and the process was fast and we ended up leaving with a brand new 2016 Sorento and we love it!! I would recommend to anyone in Palm if your looking for a Kia this is the place to go! More
RUN AWAY - THIS COMPANY WILL ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINT YOU RUN! Do NOT go to this dealership. They moved from their WPB location most likely because of all of the sketchy things they do to people. They took advantage of me and honestly, I really thought at first this was an amazing place. NO! I wanted to purchase my previous leased vehicle and they sold me on leasing a new car and said they were keeping my old car and would pay for any damages because I was a couple thousand under my mileage on my old car. They sold me the dream and then left me with a nightmare. Nobody takes accountability over there and now I am stuck with the new leased car that I got through them. I asked for it in writing that I would not be responsible for any other damages and they told me to stop being so paranoid and that HMF and KMF are one in the same and they are buying my old car. So now I am in a horrendous financial mess because of them. Nobody will take accountability or try to make the situation right because now that they have me paying and stuck in the new lease, why should they care to help me? NOT to mention, the new car they leased to me, the interior lights do not work and I had to take it back twice! They didn't even bother fixing it the first time, and then the second time I had to call them a week later because I hadn't heard from them. The reason why? Because they lost my car keys! This car key had my apartment keys on it and when I asked if they had checked their cameras, they said their cameras do not record. SERIOUSLY? So, I have YET to receive my car keys back, AND they leased me what is supposedly a "new car," with two WORN DOWN tires in the front that should have been new!! There's less than 3000 miles that I have driven! So now I am being harassed by a collection agency because Napleton Kia is pretending that they didn't assure me that by turning my old car in, I was not responsible for any charges. I am somebody who is so OCD about paying my bills on time and now I am probably going to get sued because these people are so selfish and won't make it right. When I call them they tell me I have to talk to HMF, when I talk to HMF they say I have to talk to the dealership, when I tell each side what they tell me, then I am told to talk to the collection agency, and when I talk to the collection agency ...it's PAY UP. So now I am stuck in a lease with a car in which my life is in danger every day, I do NOT have a spare key because they lost them or somebody that works there stole them, and I have HMF trying to collect on damages that should not even be in question! I just can not believe a company can be so selfish and unprofessional! I have been trying to get this resolved for months and it seems like every time I talk to a new manager about the situation, they quit one after the other! There isn't even a General Manager of Kia right now, and it is probably because nobody wants to get involved with the sketchy business they are operating. Ed Napleton would be mortified if given the opportunity to speak with me in regards to what I have gone through. I have been a Kia customer for over 3 years and have always made my monthly payments and I would have just bought the 2012 car at my end of lease, and that couldn't have been reiterated enough! I have been so patient and tried to be understanding all around with them, but since Napleton will not just resolve the situation, I felt that the best I can do is warn others out there to NEVER EVER purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership. They are great sales people in the sense that they literally sell you the dream, get you to write a good review for them because apparently, as one of the sales reps told me, they will get "fired" if they don't obtain 10s across the board, and then once you sign that paperwork it's back to being sketchy! Please take this seriously because I know that I am one to believe sometimes that certain things can't happen to me, but I couldn't have been more upfront and honest with this company and I still was screwed over. I just feel like the best I can do is write about my horrible experience and hopefully save somebody out there from ever going through what I have gone through and what I am going through. I GUARANTEE that I will NEVER be a Napleton Kia customer again ...and I will never ever ever purchase or lease a Kia in general, ever again!! More

Ben Steinberg (sales associate) gave me an AMAZING deal on a Kia Soul that I couldn't pass on. The entire team was incredibly nice and made the process as pain free as possible. I will definitely be telling my friends about this place. More
