It sucks. Brought vehicle in for service and I have a coupon for same day rental. However, I was informed that they don't have vehicles yet. We went to trade in are 2012 Kia Sorento and they said we couldn't do it because it was to early the we had the car. It was only 6 months. I thinks that's a long time. But over all the sales person helped me a lot to explain to me what was going on.. He was a very good help and I recommend him to anyone that needs help looking for a new or used car. More

Shady!! then he saw the notes Eddie made and gave it to me for that deal. Then I walk out to get in my new car to see scratches and marks all over the car and terrible detail. That wasn't even a car wash. Now I have to wait til Tuesday to get all of the scratches fixed. I almost didn't take the car but they assured me they would handle it. The manager on duty Amir was rude he said I looked uptight I wonder why look at my experience. I drove off the lot so unhappy with this damaged new car now I wish I didn't hopefully it will all be taken care of what a nightmare!! I wouldn't recommend obviously. I told them not to sell my car in case these issues aren't handled I may want my car back. More
