Instead he listened to my needs / the price I had in mind and was relentless in getting me precisely the car I wanted - actually an upgraded model, for the price that I wanted to spend. I had previously visited a couple of other dealers, who pretty much told me they couldn't meet my terms, due to the leased car I was trading in. But Chris, crunched the numbers, made calls & worked to make it happen. He was relentless, determined to make it happen for me, like I was relative! As a salesperson myself, my philosophy has always been to treat people the way I want to be treated and Chris certainly embodies that modus operandi.
