DEADLY TIRE LEFT ON CAR HUGE BLOW OUT COULD OF DIED!!! I am trying as I type... to work out A CORRECTED REPAIR with your Northlake Napleton Kia... they were to remove 2 worst tires and get rid of damaged I am trying as I type... to work out A CORRECTED REPAIR with your Northlake Napleton Kia... they were to remove 2 worst tires and get rid of damaged tire and no tread then last 2 left on back... and 2 new on front...and get rid of damaged tire and no tread tire... You all LEFT THE TIRE WITH THREADS COMING OUT OF SIDEWALL on m,y car... I have NO VEHICLE and are to leave tomorrow for NC in my car!!!??? They will put a new one, I MUST BUY?? He also gave us a quick tour of the features prior to our test drive. During our test drive, Michael was friendly and engaging. He asked us some questions about our needs/wants in a vehicle and really got to know us on a personal level. He also answered all of our questions without hesitation. When it came time for payment terms, we really felt that Michael and his team worked with us. As first time leasers, we had an idea of what we were getting into but both Michael and his team made it super easy for us. Michael really worked hard from start to finish and he was awesome. We cannot recommend him enough!! More

My experience here was so very different that I needed to write a review (which I never do). We got an excellent deal on the car I wanted, and it didn't take 7 hours or a lot of sales pressure. David Kensky and Mike Cullen were fantastic. They both worked nonstop so that we could get what we wanted and get out in a reasonable amount of time so our 7 year old didn't completely unravel. Most importantly, they listened and responded to all of our needs, and they made sure we were comfortable with everything. Their style, professionalism, and approach was perfect, and the car exceeds my expections. If you are looking for a car, I strongly recommend that you speak with these gentlemen. More
