Amazing Sales Person !! Christian greeted me as soon as I walked in & immediately listened to my situation . I had a negative equity , bad credit , nobody to co-sign for me & Christian greeted me as soon as I walked in & immediately listened to my situation . I had a negative equity , bad credit , nobody to co-sign for me & I could only afford to put a small down payment . I had went to 4 previous dealerships , where I was denied . After being disappointed by other places , I called and walked into KIA as my last option . Fortunately , Christian was able get me out of my bad car & into a 2015 KIA Forte with 18K miles ! He didn't hassle us, he listened to us and worked very hard at getting us into the car we wanted. He made us feel as though we were the only customers in the dealership. He was very honest and he did exactly what he said he would do. He worked along with his Finance Manager, who was also an awesome guy!!! and we drove off in a 2017 Kia Cadenza. The entire experience took only 2-3 hours which is great -- when you're dealing with car salesmen. I love my car and I am very happy that I choose Napleton at Northlake. More
