Excellent experience from start to finish!! I needed to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly. I saw a few vehicles that I was interested on their website. Upon arriving on a busy Saturday morning I I needed to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly. I saw a few vehicles that I was interested on their website. Upon arriving on a busy Saturday morning I was greeted by salesman Christian Umanzor. I explained my situation and he was more than willing to spend the time with me to find a vehicle that I wanted. He gave me a few options both new and used. I really liked a used VW Passat that was available. After a test drive, the financing began. Alex from financing greeted me and was more than willing to work his magic to get me financed. While waiting during the process every employee that passes by you says hi and there are refreshments and snacks at no cost. Finally the paperwork was ready and Leo from finance took me into his office. The whole paperwork process was less than a half an hour and I was out the door with my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership. From start to finish, I had the most pleasant experience. Napleton management, you have some awesome employees who aren't out to sell a car just to make money. They truly care about what you want and want to make you happy. More

He didn't hassle us, he listened to us and worked very hard at getting us into the car we wanted. He made us feel as though we were the only customers in the dealership. He was very honest and he did exactly what he said he would do. He worked along with his Finance Manager, who was also an awesome guy!!! and we drove off in a 2017 Kia Cadenza. The entire experience took only 2-3 hours which is great -- when you're dealing with car salesmen. I love my car and I am very happy that I choose Napleton at Northlake. More
