BEYOND AWESOME! I've bought and sold many cars in my lifetime as I'm a major car phanatic. I must say, Michael was OVER AND ABOVE one of the best, kindest, sweetest I've bought and sold many cars in my lifetime as I'm a major car phanatic. I must say, Michael was OVER AND ABOVE one of the best, kindest, sweetest salesman I have EVER worked with! He was more like a friend and less like a 'car salesman.' WOW! What a refreshing change from what I've encountered in the past! He told me "I'm going to get you going home in this vehicle." And that's what he (and his managers did! Michael is not your 'typical' car salesman...he gets to know you...knows what your needs are both financially and just in general. He's a wonderful person and I would recommend him highly! Excellent experience from start to finish!! I needed to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly. I saw a few vehicles that I was interested on their website. Upon arriving on a busy Saturday morning I I needed to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly. I saw a few vehicles that I was interested on their website. Upon arriving on a busy Saturday morning I was greeted by salesman Christian Umanzor. I explained my situation and he was more than willing to spend the time with me to find a vehicle that I wanted. He gave me a few options both new and used. I really liked a used VW Passat that was available. After a test drive, the financing began. Alex from financing greeted me and was more than willing to work his magic to get me financed. While waiting during the process every employee that passes by you says hi and there are refreshments and snacks at no cost. Finally the paperwork was ready and Leo from finance took me into his office. The whole paperwork process was less than a half an hour and I was out the door with my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership. From start to finish, I had the most pleasant experience. Napleton management, you have some awesome employees who aren't out to sell a car just to make money. They truly care about what you want and want to make you happy. More
