Additionally, Northlake Kia is one of three Kia dealerships in the area that is a USAA true price preferred Kia dealership which influenced my decision to purchase from them! More

Waste of Time My boyfriend has spent months researching car. His is on its last legs and we want to replace it. We found a nice "pre owned" Nissan on their website My boyfriend has spent months researching car. His is on its last legs and we want to replace it. We found a nice "pre owned" Nissan on their website that has an attractive price. Since we live over 40 minutes away, my boyfriend called to make sure this specific car was available. We get there and before we even make it to the door Robert says that car "probably isn't available." Halfheartedly he glanced around the lot then bring us inside to look it up. We were told it was sold "last minute the night before." This is precisely why we called. I have worked in retail. When a customer calls, you check your inventory, then you go find the item. Robert then proceeds to try sell my boyfriend a Kia Rio. You can see he is 6'3 and does not fit into a compact car. After we were blatantly lied to on the phone, why would we choose to spend money there? Not to mention we would never waste our money on a Kia. They consistently get bad reviews and have a horrible re-sell value. There are a million things I would rather do with my Sunday after new. Spending almost two hours on this wild goose chase was not one of them. After this I read a few reviews on facebook and it looks like this is a consistent problem with them. There has got to be a way to keep up with inventory. Robert, I hope you feel bad about ruining my day. More

All the finance manager need to go back to school to learn how to do finance or go to Delray beach Toyota they will teach you guys. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, or do any sort of business with them for that matter!!!!! Let’s just say my car was there for almost 5 months! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, or do any sort of business with them for that matter!!!!! Let’s just say my car was there for almost 5 months! Nobody wanted to communicate with me, I was passed around between multiple service advisors (including the Director of Operations, Robert Gross), and ultimately treated like a problem rather than a customer. My original service advisor no longer worked there and everyone else I spoke with claimed it's not their problem because they "inherited my situation". This company is as unprofessional as can be and if I knew I would be treated this way I would've gone out of my way to take it to a more reputable Kia dealership. If you want to know what happened -- I originally brought my car in for a faulty engine which was covered under an extended warranty. A month later after the engine was fixed they called and stated that the dashboard was not working and it's not covered under warranty so I would need to pay to fix it. Well, it was working just fine when I brought the car in (how else would they have recorded the mileage and why wasn't it brought up at the original time of diagnosis?!!) but they still played dumb and assured me they would not be held responsible. After a month of back and forth we negotiated a fair price and agreed to move on and just get this fixed (it’s been 3 months at this point). Finally almost 3 weeks later they called and told me the car was ready. Perfect, I could finally move past this! I arrived at the dealership ready to pay the negotiated price --- NOPE! “Oh by the way, we replaced your battery and did a bunch of other things that we failed to tell you about 2 months ago which will cost another $333.00”… The same battery that was less than a year old and had a 2 year warranty, so had they told me about this I could’ve easily replaced that battery myself, saving them the hassle and me a good amount of money! So you can see where they lack communication, could care less about their customers, and are basically just out to screw people. I will say that the service advisor Steven was compassionate and did seem to be genuinely upset over what we had to go through, however there was nothing he could do about it. Shows you how much they value their employee’s as well. Do yourself a favor and stay far FAR away from this place!!!!!!! More
