Awful Their service department is awful. My husband and I bought a 2017 brand new when it first came out. The entire car shakes randomly when it’s at low rp Their service department is awful. My husband and I bought a 2017 brand new when it first came out. The entire car shakes randomly when it’s at low rpms. We brought it in and they said it was because we changed our own oil. So we let them change our filter to the official Kia one. It’s still knocking and they’re saying to bring it back in but they don’t know if they can duplicate the issue. We are a single car household and cannot get by without a car for a day again. So if we want to get our car fixed that we bought from this dealership that is still under warranty we are expected to pay for a rental car... Not to mention that the girl I spoke to in the service department was rude and had a terrible attitude. Will NEVER buy another car from here. More

Do NOT buy a car Napleton Kia. The dealership failed to payoff my trade in car and the end result was that the finance company continued to hound me for late and overdue payments on The dealership failed to payoff my trade in car and the end result was that the finance company continued to hound me for late and overdue payments on a car I no longer owned. I contually called, txted. And emailed everyone involved with my car purchase including the sales manager ( Steven veerspen, ) the Finance Manager ( Freddie) and Christian umanjour the actual salesman however I received the run around and continued conversations telling me they were working on fixing the problem and I was constantly being told NOT TO Worry they were going to correct everything. I continued to tell them that the delay In fixing this issue was going to effect my credit score because the finance company kept telling me that I was still financially responsible for the old car that I no longer had position of and had traded it it into Napleton Kia. I asked that the dealership call the finance company and explain to them that the check was in the mail which is what the dealership told me or resend the payoff check or do sonething since they are in the business of buying and selling thousands of cars a year. The bottom line is that After finally thinking the issue was solved I received a notice from the credit bureau telling me that since My old car payments were marked as “ LATE PAYMENT “ on my credit report that my credit score had Dropped over 50 points. Now Zi havevyo ho through the xxxx if attempting to evpksin what happened, what caused it , whobis scrually responsible and hope somehow I can correct this issue in all 3 credit bureaus. This is going to be s nightmare justxwhen I thought it was over. So in ending I just want to restate to NEVER PURCHASE CAR FROM NAPELTON KIA. Unless u like agrivation and having your credit negatively effected in the process. More
