Stay away from Ray in sales, and make sure you absolutely steer clear of Freddie who claims to be the finance manager. we were quoted to buy a 2019 Kia Soul for $14200 plus tax tag and title. When we went to pick up the vehicle they never disclosed that it was actually a 2018. They also had my boss wait there for almost 3 hours, and then was charged for not going through Kia to finance, and also tried selling him a $2300 extended warranty. No problem we declined all additional offers, but still in all they never disclosed it was a 2018. We never took delivery of the vehicle and we cancelled the sale... I contacted Ray from Napleton and he told me that he never stated the vehicle was a 2019. He seemed to forget the multiple conversations we had regarding the vehicle and he also stated they didn’t have anymore 2018’s. I didn’t expect anything less than a lie from Ray. He has issues telling the truth, I bought a challenger also from Kia last month and my vehicle was damaged by there detail department. Before I took delivery on the vehicle Ray vividly recalled the scratches on the car after the detailer took a decal off... but after I took delivery he forgot about the damage. I had to wait 2 weeks to go back and forth with Kia to get a new panel. They stated they ordered me a new panel.. I went in to Kia so they could replace it, I was there for 2.5 hours!!! And listen to this. They swapped the piece from another car. It wasn’t new. Lol. Now granted it wasn’t scratched, but you see where I’m getting at?? They can’t tell the truth. I’m not someone who goes and posts things online for fun. But when your company goes and buys 6 cars, me personally bought 2 cars within a 10 month period, and they try to screw you over when buying another car, I had to go out of my way to tell this story. This is a real experience. No bs, no added dramatics. Napleton Kia is not a place anyone should go to buy a vehicle. There’s plenty honest dealers out there, do yourself a favor, stay away from this place.. More

When we leased from Napleton we purchased several warranties and were due a refund for the balance, it has been 12 weeks and still no refund, just a runaround. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Furthur action will be taken as we speak. More

This woman is so efficient and it was like finally I found a salesperson that truly listened and cared. My husband and I were extremely impressed with her ability to shorten the amount of time we spent at the dealership. Everything was prepared for us prior to us getting there because we were able to text and we were in and out in record time. Seriously truly impressed Erin, Thank you!!! More

Awful Their service department is awful. My husband and I bought a 2017 brand new when it first came out. The entire car shakes randomly when it’s at low rp Their service department is awful. My husband and I bought a 2017 brand new when it first came out. The entire car shakes randomly when it’s at low rpms. We brought it in and they said it was because we changed our own oil. So we let them change our filter to the official Kia one. It’s still knocking and they’re saying to bring it back in but they don’t know if they can duplicate the issue. We are a single car household and cannot get by without a car for a day again. So if we want to get our car fixed that we bought from this dealership that is still under warranty we are expected to pay for a rental car... Not to mention that the girl I spoke to in the service department was rude and had a terrible attitude. Will NEVER buy another car from here. More
