Countless calls and emails to Fred Hubschmitt (Finance), Dan (Finance), s/w Rosie (no assistance) and emailed GM Steve Veerapen. After using my vehicle as a gift trade-in along with a check down payment - my prior loan has yet to be paid off (45 days and counting). To make matters worse Kia has already sold my vehicle and has obviously been compensated for that sale. My credit rating will take a hit if I don’t make a payment on a vehicle I no longer own and that Kia has already sold. Be very cautious prior to buying from this Dealership !! More

Great place to go if you want to be pushed aside My encounter with Napleton Northlake Kia was over a month ago but I wanted to take some time to cool off before I wrote my review. I went in by accide My encounter with Napleton Northlake Kia was over a month ago but I wanted to take some time to cool off before I wrote my review. I went in by accident (was at the wrong Kia dealership) and was met at the door by Jon Brown Stepan. Don't get me wrong the salesperson was wonderful to work with and the problems that I incurred were after I dealt with him. As I said that evening I went in to purchase a used vehicle that I saw advertised, however I was at the wrong location. Jon met me a the door and persuaded me to come in and he would help me to get the right car for me, I put a deposit down on the car and left that evening because it was late and the dealership was to call me the next day with the details of the final sale. It was extremely late so I was ok with waiting to complete the sale the next day. Long story short , I was not able to get the vehicle that I wanted at the monthly payments I could afford. So naturally if the purchase is not completed the deposit should be returned to the customer. I placed 7-8 phone calls over a three week period to get my deposit back. I was told everything from "we are waiting on the salesperson, can't issue a check because the ones that need to sign the check aren't in, we are working on it." Finally I found out that the gentleman in financing lost the original receipt showing that I left the deposit and I even had to scan over the copy that I had. Which really meant they never even started processing my refund if they never had the receipt in their possession . That was another lie ...Thank God I kept it !!!!! It took me a few days shy of a month to get my deposit back. It was like the dealership didn't care at this point since I wasn't purchasing a car from them. No matter if I was or not at the time you can be xxxx sure I am not in the future. Not only did I place several calls I went up there 3 times so they could put a face with the name of the person ringing their phone off the hook. I have never felt so disregarded by any other car dealership or retail establishment in my life. It took them exactly 8 seconds to swipe my debit card and take my money but it took the almost a month to return it. And even after it was returned I never got one single apology for the delay. The worst car dealership experience. DO NOT go to Napleton Kia unless you want to be lied to and given the run around. If you like that sort of thing then this this is the car dealership for you. More
