buyer Warning I was searching the internet for a vehicle. I received a response from Richard Sherman, pretty sure not the football player. Richard was nice at first but turned unprofessional. He states he is in the internet department which makes sense. He provides me with dealer fees which wow are they expensive.dealer fee is $899 and then they add another $199 for "document processing". What does that mean you ask? Means what ever price you see you must add $1100 to it. So I digress. I ask for an out the door price and the INTERNET sales guy Richard says they dont negotiate prices on internet for security reasons. Really? I receive an email from their GM supposedly. I respond to it after requesting Richard not contact me any further and I receive a response to the GM email from guess who? Richard. He all but called me a liar stating "If you do live 3 hours away" well why would I say that if I didnt? Please look elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.There are more professional dealerships in that area. Richard put a deep feeling of disappointment to me. When I sold cars in the past I would never have treated a potential buyer the way Richard treated me. I attempted to contact a manager via phone however every employee I spoke to sent me to a round about voice mail. look at reviews. Please dont waste your time at this dealer. I have wasted more than I wanted. Never recommend this establishment. More

He did not force anything on us and answered every question that we had for him and very knowledgeable about every Vehicle on the Kia Dealership Lot. The service was so excellent that we purchased 3 vehicles at one time and we purchased the vehicles that we wanted, both are 2019 Kia Sorento and Forte and another is a 2016 Forte. Mr. Jon Brown-Stephan is a big asset to the Company and very customer friendly and loyal to the customers, I will definitely recommend The Kia Family to my friends and family that are looking for a vehicle from what me and my family had experienced. We were promptly greeted at the door, introduced to Jon who then took us on a drive. He explained the vehicle, options, differences and then we got to pricing. He worked with us to get us fair pricing for the car we wanted. After filling out some forms, we went to lunch, they prepared for financing discussion when we returned and some good conversation and again, options, were presented to us. We purchased the car and drove off the lot... Very happy with our purchase and all those involved that made it happen. We are definitely clients now as this will be the 3rd Kia we have purchased - but - the first from Napleton Northlake.... No need to look further. More

I had toxic poisoning and have stage 4 Cancer when I was in the dealership and needed to get out of the van I was driving because it was full of gas and making me sick. I trusted them to make me the right deal and they took advantage of my condition. They added things without telling me and knew I was not in the right state of mind to read it all. When I found out I canceled the extended warranty and maintenance they added without asking me if I wanted it. They never filed the paper work with the company that holds the policy. I talked to corporate and they said they would make sure it was done, never happened. Still working on it months later and the people holding the warranty will not cancel it without the dealership. Sounds like a scam to me, but hey what do I know? More
Terrible, terrible, terrible So from week to week there prices change on a vehicle (which okay they can do that) but to go up a few thousand from one week to the next (literally) So from week to week there prices change on a vehicle (which okay they can do that) but to go up a few thousand from one week to the next (literally) shows you how crazy and arbitrary they are. Even if you call first and get pricing that is supposed to be out the door price. They somehow managed to tag on an extra $3000 (no lie) in fees that were not listed. So whatever price they have on Cargurus you will not even get close to that when you go in. Yes I understand there is tax, tag, title and even their dealer fee of $899 (higher than most) but still they managed to add another few thousand in "VIP" costs on top of all those listed above. None of these were listed on their website or Cargurus. So for example, car listed at 15,500k was about 20K when all was said and done. Very sleazy dealership - stay away!! More
