Mt wife and I purchased a used car from Napleton last year. The sale went well and the price of the car was a little high but I had the car fax and found that the car had mostly all repairs and maintena year. About 6 months after the purchase My wife took the car in for a minor repair which went well, except when the tech returned the car to her he told he found another part that had to be replaced. I checked the part myself and then took it to a private technician, we both found the part was fine. Looking at the car fax I found that Napleton had replaced the part 2 yeas ago. needless rto say that was my first/last visit to napleton,s repair service center. I have a free oil change coming up, but i will do it myself. By tring to sell me something that I didn't need they have lost far more money than they would have made selling me an uneeded repair. Dikerson was my Sales Rep and he has tried to always help me when he can. Some of the staff here are absolutely amazing and try their best, not sure if it is management i should blame. If you plan to purchase your vehicle please do a full inspection and understand the “VIP” service isn’t so “VIP” i purchased it to receive the perks it mentioned and I’ve been let down more than once in this short period. Free unlimited car wash - is an exterior wipe down and my windows still had stuff on it. When i got in my car i was surprised not even a basic vacuum or dash wipe down. Didn’t expect a whole detail shampoo seats but my car basically looked the same as i brought it in. Time for a loaner car instead of sitting here waiting since i have two children age 1 and 5 they seem to one never have it or never want to give them out. The car exterior coat -___- yeah right. I know the car is used with only 14,000 miles (which everything was perfect and for the most part still is) When i was given the car i never looked in the glove compartment until i got home to use the manual and there was mildew all inside the Manual and in my glove compartment. There was mini stains on the top of the car & almost like coffee in the middle car charger area. Oh and i didn’t look at the top of the car thank god for my step dad looking at the top of the car the antenna was cracked and my radio wasn’t working properly. I made my complaints they took a month to order the antenna because they “forgot” to order it when i made a complaint, now they tell me i have to worry about getting a manual from Chevy because management doesn’t want to look for one for me. So i contact Chevy because at this point I’m over Napleton Kia Customer Service and False advertising I feel like I was robbed the only good thing here is the two gentlemen that try to turn my mood that is Mr. V in service and Dikerson the sales rep. BEYOND PISSED i went the extra mile to make sure i got all the coverage and “vip” service to be treated like i got bare minimum trying to get free stuff when in fact i paid extra to make sure i would be taken care of in the best way. WASTE OF MONEY More

Did not perform the services but charged for them. I brought in my Kia Cadenza there for an oil change and a tire rotation. After I got my car back and went home, I noticed that the tires were not rota I brought in my Kia Cadenza there for an oil change and a tire rotation. After I got my car back and went home, I noticed that the tires were not rotated. I called them and told them about it and they said that they didn't rotate the tires because they are worn out too much. What a cop out bs excuse - so why did they charge me for it? I can't be sure they even did the oil change now and I don't trust them at all. Never going there and you shouldn't either. More

Her estimate of about one hour was just a minute or two from being spot on! Nick, the Service Manager made himself available and was certainly aware of everything going on in his shop. I could not be more pleased with this visit, will recommend friends and family and no doubt return in the future for service. More
Had a horrible experience here, would not recommend anyone to go there... it's long, sorry I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a car from the Bapletin North lake Kia dealership in Paml Beach Gardens, FL beca anyone to go there... it's long, sorry I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a car from the Bapletin North lake Kia dealership in Paml Beach Gardens, FL because they had great deals online, first mistake because there weren't any deals. I had a car I was trading with negative equity and the first suggestion out of the finance manager Ivan and sales guys Ricardo's mouth was to let my car go back to the bank instead of trading it. I said that wasn't an option and left, I got a call to come back because they may have figured out that I could get a different car that had more rebates to eat up the negative equity.. Ok, fine let's see. I went back. I got the paperwork done and was told that they couldn't find the spare key and would have to look for it and check with the service dept and would let me know on Monday. I waited 3 weeks, called and left a message for my sales rep to follow up on the key issue and was told he was off and he would give me a call back. A week and a few days later, I called back and was told they couldn't find it and I would have to drive the 2 1/2 hours back to have a key made. Ok, fine... I was told by the sales rep Ricardo that I had an appt at 12 Saturday with the key guy to have the key made. I called and verified the appt was made because I have already had issues with the sales rep and the receptionist verified the time. I got to the dealership early for my appt and waited about 15 min before someone asked what I was waiting for or if I'd been helped. The guy asked the manager and called the key guy who said he didn't have an appt and couldn't be to the dealership for an hour to hour and a half. The key guy showed up 3 hours later and messed up the cutting of the key and did not have another to try again. The sales rep offered to top my car fuel tank off after waiting 3 hours and the 2 1/2 hour drive here and home. I called the general manager with no response and then the manager Sammy actually walked by the sign and closed the roll up sign that had the general managers info on it. It has now been almost 5 months, I have no gotten this key issue resolved. I have called weekly on this with no response from the sales manager, my sales rep and the general manager who I did talk to and said he would get it fixed and now will not return my calls either. I am very frustrated how this dealership has handled these issues and wish I would have never went back to listen to what they had to say because they have been a really xxxxty dealership. More
