I previously had given the dealership a excellent review . Upon me having time to sit down and look at my mothers paperwork that she had signed off on 3 weeks later. I realize i had been deceived by a crooked salesman by the name of Ihab and the crooked finance manager by the name of simeon. During my transaction with Ihab i told him i was looking for a vehicle under 15000 with low miles. when we finalized the deal he told me he could get me the car for 14,500 which was a 2018 kia spectrum. We also discussed the other offers that he desperately pushed me to purchase ; which was a maintenace plan, upon our discussion and he speaking with that crooked finance manager simeon we agreed on a price of 1500 dollars. the maintenance plan included the car being serviced along with tire rotation oil change and a key replacement etc. needless to say the car is still under warranty. sadly when i saw all these additional fees being charged such as key protection replacement ; napleton care maintenance tire and wheel protection ; program options etc. the contract that was given to my mother was fraudulent. i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and with your corporate office . i am so disappointed and so is my elderly mother. i will advise anyone to read your contract; before you sign it. If they had the heart to do this to a elderly person they would do it to anyone....... More

Totally deceptive. Sales “manager” told me the advertised price and the true car member guaranteed price was only if I financed with them. He was more interested in selling me financing than selling me the t price and the true car member guaranteed price was only if I financed with them. He was more interested in selling me financing than selling me the truck. Also they try to charge over $2k in ridiculous dealer fees (complete bogus fluff). Combined with the lowball trade-in offer, it was more than the same vehicle brand new. Do not walk away from this dealer... RUN! More

Mean spirited greedy people who don’t keep their word. First, when I leased the car, I was given one price by the salesman then a bunch of additional charges when they sent me to “finance” Then, I made a First, when I leased the car, I was given one price by the salesman then a bunch of additional charges when they sent me to “finance” Then, I made a service appointment in May 2020 because of a Buy one get one free promotion. I made an appointment for today, and they said they couldn’t take me nor honor the promotion. No curtesy, no explanation, no curtesy call ahead of time telling me they could service my car. Etc. well this is a lease and I will not service it again anywhere. Do not go to this dealership. More
I bought my 2nd Kia Forte from Johnny Jaramillo a couple of weeks ago. He listened to me when I gave him my price range, my wish list and even the color I was hoping for. I highly recommend this dealership! 01-12-21 Must xhange to 1 star review. Turns out Kia dealership has still not paid my car that I traded in off - even though they bought it from me on Dec 17,2020. Now I have two car payments because Kia I’ll not return my calls to correct their mistake. Live and learn. More
