I bought car from Louisville with my cousin as power of attorney here in Florida. Agreed to $8200 OUT THE DOOR on the phone with sales mgr after she called the owner to make sure it was alright. So of course I tell my cousin what was agreed upon and he signs paperwork. A month later I get a call asking for payment of over $400 for my plates and tags. I'm taken back by it and they say paperwork was signed agreeing to it. So they hamstringed me by putting in contract totally going against their word. The most shady thing in the world to me. Your word is your bond. Please avoid this shady fly by night business AT ALL COSTS More

Lies and misrepresentation. I bought a car on 06/09/14 and while driving home the 'check engine light' came on and a squeaking noise started when the car was in motion. It got lo I bought a car on 06/09/14 and while driving home the 'check engine light' came on and a squeaking noise started when the car was in motion. It got louder when I put on the brakes. The check engine light, I subsequently found out, had been purposely reset in order to hide the fact the car needs $1000 of repairs to fix the emissions system. They told me I had to buy $1500 worth of warranties (a lie) and that these warranties were "bumper to bumper' even though they were not (second tier according to AUL warranty company). Told me to bring car into be fixed and then said 'we ain't fixin' that' I have emails from 06/09 to 06/24 trying to resolve this and everything they say in one email is contradicted by another one. I have filed a complaint with the MVA and Consumer Protection Division. More
