Worst dealership I ever used. Bought a used van, which I later learned had been wrecked. The service dept tried to fix it, it was hardly drivable, they sent it to another dealership to get fixed, its still later learned had been wrecked. Its really awful, probably the worst one in texas.I have a lifetime warrenty with this dealership, It doesnt seem to be worth the paper its written on, I wish I could get my money back. More
After visiting several dealers, we went to Jupiter to look at an Equinox. I have never been treated so rudely. I expect a sales man to convince me that his product is better than others, but not to make me feel like I am an idiot, un-American, etc. for even considering something else. When I pointed out that his tone was offensive he continued to berate me about my choices. I may buy an Equinox (I already own a Malibu), but it will not be from Jupiter. More

When I got the the store, he did a great job at showing me the features on the truck and going over the numbers with me. the Finance Manager that I worked with was great, and I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes. This was the BEST car buying experience that I've ever had and I would recomend Jupiter Chevrolet to ALL of my family members and friends. More
