I've always wanted to purchase a Chevy truck, and I am disappointed to say it's not at all what I had hoped it to be. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado in February 2015, and it's not something I'll do again or recommend anyone else doing, especially from this dealership. The truck has been in the shop five times (including right now) for the exact same issue. The truck has electronic problems relating to the A/C system and ultimately results in the truck shutting off on me (with family in the truck) while driving down the highway at 60 MPH. The brakes lock up and, needless to say, this is an extreme danger to myself, my passengers, and anyone driving around me. The dealership has yet to fix the problem and, as a matter of fact, has caused my experience to be even worse by charging me for repairs (which have not solved the problem) (side note: I paid for one of those after-market warranties they try to sell you at closing - which they're claiming I cannot use to pay for these issues). On my fourth visit, they claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem I was experiencing, so they kept the truck for a week and returned it. The truck had the same issue arise yesterday and is now in the shop for the fifth time. I feel I have been sold a lemon and need a new truck. At the end of the day, if they sold me such a great truck, they should take it back and provide me with a truck that I am happy with (just like the one I THOUGHT I paid for - if not a new one). More
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! First it took 3 days to finally get all the paperwork done to get qualified. That included going home (which was 55 miles away) 3 different times because they needed more paperwork. Every time we asked them on the phone what we should bring it was something different. Finally on the 3rd day we went back in to sign the paperwork and had to wait 3 hours to even see the finance guy. We were rushed through all the signing of the papers and when we left I noticed he threw in the extra warranty and NOT once did he ask us if we wanted it! Then a week and a half later they call to say we are not financed and when I asked a few questions I was then YELLED AT AND HUNG UP ON!!!! Finally after getting the truck back to them THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR 2,000 dollar deposit!!!! They also REFUSED to give us copies of the finance paperwork we signed! I have contacted the general manager and have heard nothing!!!! More

Mil millas un sonido que sele escuchaba en el tablero bien duro una semana y no se ISO bien el trabajo regresamos y aparte que nos Querian cobrarlo no volvio aserse bien el trabajo a pesar de la tuvieron otra semana , regresamos por tersera ves y no la etregan Susia y me disen que no le ancuentran nada y esta disidimos mejor traeerla en fin si la persona encargada de Los servicios. Went in to look at the Sparks and Sonics Left with a much better Malibu for almost the same price . Danny did everything I asked, treated me with the utmost respect, and I was in an out with in an hour gave better Malibu for almost the same price . Bought truck from Jupiter in 2010. Since purchase got service work done at "another dealer". No problems until one day my air bag light comes on. 3 trips later to "other" dealer truck is still not fixed service work done at "another dealer". Called Jupiter to talk to my original salesman to see if I had any options to get it fixed there.(truck is out of warranty and I already paid the other dealer 150$ to still have my truck broken!!!) long story short..salesman no longer worked there but Martin ( the guy I talked to on the phone) said I could bring it in and he would have his tech take a look at it. Literally 5 minutes after I showed up the tech Aaron pulled my truck up and said it was fixed!??!! I asked what was wrong with the truck ( thinking I would get the same xx I got from the other place!) he said a connector in seat had come unplugged. I figured no way but light has stayed off now for 2 weeks! Asked him how muched I owed and tech said " nothing all I did was plug it back in!!" would def recommend Jupiter Chevrolet.. Great customer service. I'll drive the extra 15 miles and go to Jupiter for my service work from now on!! More
I brought my Chevrolet Silverado in for a simple oil change and state inspection. This is not the first time I have been to Jupiter Chevrolet. $554 later, my truck was ready. All was minor and should have been pointed out during previous visits, but wasn't. Now I sit here waiting on a windshield washer bottle to be replaced because they broke it doing other repairs yesterday. I pointed out to them when I picked my vehicle up yesterday that the bottle was leaking, and was told they just overfilled the bottle. It was nothing to worry about. All the fluid leaked out and onto my garage floor. I took it back today, and they have so generously offered to replace the bottle at their expense. Duh! It wasn't broken when I brought it in, they should replace it at ther expense, and not act as if they are doing me a favor. SERIOUSLY.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND A RIP OFF! I have yet to have a good experience at Jupiter Chevrolet, and I'm tired of giving second chances. Dallas Doge takes care of my other vechicles, and treats me with respect. I guess they will be servicing my CHEVROLET too! More
