I tried calling to schedule to fix a console, left messages with Dickie, Sales never called back . called the shop didn't know nothing, transfer after transfer, finally they called me and told me part is not here shop will have to order. till this day never received a call. I went up there and shop told me same nothing. shop said it never got ordered. seems as soon you drive off, all your promises are out the window.. I purchased 2 vehicle's at Jupiter Chevrolet this is the last time I ever go. I went to Rockwall Chevrolet Lakeside now. looking now to purchased a used truck here never will go back and waist your time. I been going for service and shop are on same page in Rockwall. More

Oliver at Jupiter informed me my truck was would be worth about $11,000 less than I paid 4 months earlier. I have bought 4 vehicle in the last 5 years from them, after complaining to their GM Ron Ofner he said they would do everything they could to make up for all the problems I'd been thru. Three months later my truck is repaired and now no one calls me back, they wasted a week making promises and lying about trying to make a deal. Ron doesn't return calls and give me another salesman who makes the same promises to call me. Save yourself some head aces. Don't deal with Jupiter! More

Used car with damages and mediocre customer service Just bought an used Sonata from them which they claimed to be in perfect order. I was only there in the evening to look at it and the light on their p Just bought an used Sonata from them which they claimed to be in perfect order. I was only there in the evening to look at it and the light on their parking lot wasnt good enough to look at every detail. Also since I didnt have car insurance yet I couldnt take it to vehicle inspection upfront. Sales process was very intransparent to me and salesman did a lot of promises that turned all out wrong or at extra cost which wasnt mentioned before signing. After signing the paperwork I received 7 follow ups within 36 hours to provide documentation - heck yeah I get it. The day after pick up I brought the car into checkup and it turned out there are 3 different tires on a 34k miles car, filters all bad, tail light cracked. Wrote email & follow up calls but no response AT ALL. Headed over to pick up my license plate and got manager to look at it - no help at all. I am glad my car is still under manufacturer warranty - I will not go back to them. Guess I will have to bite the bullet and have Huffines fix up my car at my own expense. Lets see how they are doing. More

One week after purchase the car is shifting strangely, a/c not working properly, and the check engine light is on. Ok. No problem, right? After all, I have the warranty. They kept my car for 6 days, did not communicate with me regarding the status of my car (I had to initiate all communication), and returned it I repaired. They stated that since the check engine light had gone off, and the code was in the history, they couldn't fix it. Really? Huffines diagnosed and fixed it in less than 5 hours. Wish I had bought my car from them. More
Bad Experience Buying 2010 Silverado My experience here has been absolutely horrible. I've always wanted to purchase a Chevy truck, and I am disappointed to say it's not at all what I had hoped it to be. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado in February 2015, and it's not something I'll do again or recommend anyone else doing, especially from this dealership. The truck has been in the shop five times (including right now) for the exact same issue. The truck has electronic problems relating to the A/C system and ultimately results in the truck shutting off on me (with family in the truck) while driving down the highway at 60 MPH. The brakes lock up and, needless to say, this is an extreme danger to myself, my passengers, and anyone driving around me. The dealership has yet to fix the problem and, as a matter of fact, has caused my experience to be even worse by charging me for repairs (which have not solved the problem) (side note: I paid for one of those after-market warranties they try to sell you at closing - which they're claiming I cannot use to pay for these issues). On my fourth visit, they claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem I was experiencing, so they kept the truck for a week and returned it. The truck had the same issue arise yesterday and is now in the shop for the fifth time. I feel I have been sold a lemon and need a new truck. At the end of the day, if they sold me such a great truck, they should take it back and provide me with a truck that I am happy with (just like the one I THOUGHT I paid for - if not a new one). More
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! First it took 3 days to finally get all the paperwork done to get qualified. That included going home (which was 55 miles away) 3 different times because they needed more paperwork. Every time we asked them on the phone what we should bring it was something different. Finally on the 3rd day we went back in to sign the paperwork and had to wait 3 hours to even see the finance guy. We were rushed through all the signing of the papers and when we left I noticed he threw in the extra warranty and NOT once did he ask us if we wanted it! Then a week and a half later they call to say we are not financed and when I asked a few questions I was then YELLED AT AND HUNG UP ON!!!! Finally after getting the truck back to them THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR 2,000 dollar deposit!!!! They also REFUSED to give us copies of the finance paperwork we signed! I have contacted the general manager and have heard nothing!!!! More
