Unhappy about honesty Very unhappy that I was sold a used vehicle that the dealership did not have possession of the title. Vehicle had not been paid off by dealership so Very unhappy that I was sold a used vehicle that the dealership did not have possession of the title. Vehicle had not been paid off by dealership so vehicle was still in the previous owners name. I thought all paperwork was completed and had to go and sign for title. My concern was how they did not know if there was a salvage title on vehicle. Customer service and honesty is important in all sale. More

We arrived late in the afternoon on a Friday and the three of them stayed past closing showing us vehicles, taking applications, running numbers and submitting finance approvals. Great Service & Sales! I started out working with the service department because I was having some issues with my 2012 Edge. The service department and technicians were grea I started out working with the service department because I was having some issues with my 2012 Edge. They diagnosed the issue right away and worked with me on getting the problems fixed They were very accommodating and did a great job at keeping me informed- everyone in the service department was also very friendly and they were great to work with. After having the work done I decided now was the best time to trade my vehicle so the service department referred me to Tom, one of the Sales Consultants. Tom was awesome! He is very quick to respond and listened to what I wanted. I had to go into the dealership on a day he was out of the office and the Sales Manager and other consultants took care of me and knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. They are very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and can get the job done!! More
