In the end, I decided against a Mazda because the car just didn't fit me right. But this was the best deal and the smoothest experience I had in my car shopping and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. He was upfront on the features Pros/Cons of the Prius IV we were looking at. The selling point for my wife was the built-in Ionizer in the A/C unit. With her health, that was the straw on the camel's back to make the deal :-). Kurt was also great! I apprecieated his willingness to stay after hours to work with us on the financing. (I thought the dealership was open until 8 and did not realize it closed at 6pm). It was nice not having to come back the next day to finish the paperwork. The Prius is great! We had a salvaged 2007 Prius II (fleet vehicle) with a rebuilt front end that we really enjoyed. I had not planned on purchasing a new car, but with 105K miles on the 2007, and the great new features and improvements in the Prius IV - it was really a no-brainer, not to mention the 0% financing that was available to us. I would definately and will recommend CR Toyota to any of my family, friends, and co-workers should they be looking for a used or new car. Keep up the great work. Alan should be commended for the great customer service. And Kurt for his enthusiasm and no pressure way of presenting our options and helping us get the paperwork completed. Alan was very friendly and sincerely seemed interested in taking care of my wife and I as customers. He listened when I gave him my reasoning for the price that I offered and wasn't degrading or argumentativ taking care of my wife and I as customers. Alan came in early for work to accommodate my schedule even though he had training in Des Moines. The day we picked up the car he spent extra time with my wife and I and helped us become familiar with many of the options. Alan made one honest mistake when he said that the car still had one free oil change. He told me this before the sale and after the sale he found out that this was not the case. Alan said that he would pay for the oil change. I was disappointed that the dealership did not back Alan up and offer to pay for the oil change. More
