Worst chop shop ever Julians had good reviews so we drove over an hour to look at a car. Found a vehicle we liked, it had some issues that he promised to fix. Julian promised to fix the exhaust, the windshield, an oil leak, a brake light and take the vehicle through inspection and emissions. There were two delays with the vehicle being ready for us. Once we got the vehicle as we were driving we discovered there was no brake light, the car started smoking and smelled like oil and the check engine light came on. We pulled over, let the car cool down and realized there was no oil. we payed for an oil change. We got home realized the car never went through emissions. Because we no longer trusted this mechanic we took the car to another mechanic who confirmed we had a bad valve cover. A few days later our exhaust came loose, it was so loud we had to pay to get a new exhaust put on and found out Julians just hacked together old exhaust parts and didn't even secure it. Needless to say we have a 4,000 dollar loan on a car with an engine leak. More

Anything he sells will have immediate issues, and his poor service team will overcharge you terribly to do a patchwork job using junkyard parts that will eventually fail. I have spent almost 7k in repairs on a car that he sold me 8 months ago for 6k. With the "deal" he gave me, I am unable to get out of it, and the car is worth nothing. If that isn't enough, I asked the lender I use if they would rollover my existing loan into a new one and I'll give it another chance with a car on his lot, and their response was that they refuse to do business with him anymore because of the number of similar complaints. I can go on all day, but if you need more advice for confirmation, show up to this place ANY DAY of the week at ANY TIME, and just talk to one of the angry patrons waiting next to their car that is sure to be in a long row of other broken-waiting-for-repair cars. They'll give you their story and I can promise it'll be similar. You've been warned. Just go somewhere else. More

As for the warranty. Major scam, the warranty people said he should be giving the warranty away not charging the customer for it. When I brought the car to a reputable repair facility. They found the problem. Julian re-engineered the fuel system and put a check valve in line, which in turn caused the fuel pump to go bad and the injectors also. More
