I brought my car to the dealership because my mechanic was unable to fix the specific issue with my car. Admittedly the process seemed frustrating because I was dealing with car issues that would annoy an was unable to fix the specific issue with my car. Admittedly the process seemed frustrating because I was dealing with car issues that would annoy anyone and my warranty company constantly seems like it is trying to avoid paying anything, but in the end the dealership really pulled through in making the process as smooth as possible. The mechanics and service people at the dealership called the warranty company a couple of times to work out what they could, and when I decided I did not want to continue owning my car they helped look into what trading in my vehicle would look like. Overall, the dealership made a stressful and annoying process easier for me as much as they were able to. More
When I finally got me vehicle back, the work they did seemed to resolve the problem. Took about a week and a half so be prepared to wait. They had to take the bumper off and failed to reconnect a couple seemed to resolve the problem. Took about a week and a half so be prepared to wait. Also I would rate this dealership much better than the Encore dealership on Schillinger who in my experience simply does bad work, and hence the need for me to take my Jeep to the Autonation Jeep dealership on Government BLVD. I will take my Jeep back to this dealership in the future. But do be prepared for a wait More
The salesman are great but the service department is horrible and that’s an understatement!!! No way should I have to bring my vehicle back almost 8 weeks and they still haven’t found what the issue is horrible and that’s an understatement!!! No way should I have to bring my vehicle back almost 8 weeks and they still haven’t found what the issue is and my Jeep wasn’t doing that until I picked it up from getting a service done!!!They Never have to worry about to coming back I’ll go to encore dealership and pay more for before I waste my time dealing with the service department. I followed the chain of command with my issue with talking to the service manager and also the General manager over the dealership at that location. I was told by both they would take care of my issue with my vehicle and that was never done and I didn’t even receive a call back after being told they would be in contact with me(also left voicemails) More
Ordered part from dealer about two years ago. Called me in kept car for three days. Called the dealer to find out they didn’t have the part. They said they would order waited another year calling Called me in kept car for three days. Called the dealer to find out they didn’t have the part. Finally got the parts department to order part brought in vehicle again and this time it’s the wrong part. Had to keep vehicle about 2 weeks before finally fixed. Not to mention the poor communication I received. Called sent text sometimes days went by before a reply. More
