Micheal Robison was great and i would give him 5 stars, but the actual service I"ve recieved I was not impressed with. I"ve been twice to have them find out why my truck is making a noise while in but the actual service I"ve recieved I was not impressed with. I"ve been twice to have them find out why my truck is making a noise while in reverse. The first time they told me to drive it until it broke down and have it towed to them. The second time I asked if they looked at it they told me I had to bring it back when they had more time. Also I had a bad tire that needed to be replaced and not only did they put a different type of tire on, it was the wrong size. The rear end is seeping oil out of it and I mentioned it to them, they acted like it was no big deal. Any way I"ll probably take it across the bay to another dealership and see if they can find out what"s wrong with it. One last thing, they were supposed to rotate my tires and they did not. At this point I"m not even sure they changed my oil. More

I can't take my vehicle back in for lack of ride. Covid is over so they need to offer a courtesy car. The didn't do anything because of waiting for software. Excellent service-service rep is very customer oriented-listens, makes suggestions, estimates time required and returns calls. Tecs are up to date on manual transmissions. Brittany did a great job reviewing my service options, scheduling the parts, and the service. I dropped off my van early in the morning and Brittany was there to check it in.
