Set up appointment because I was told the parts were in stock. This turned into part will be in the next day, then the next week, then another week. After 3 weeks of being without my vehicle, I had to get stock. This turned into part will be in the next day, then the next week, then another week. After 3 weeks of being without my vehicle, I had to get it back and just wait for the part to come in, which was over a month. Also, had the T25 recall done, but the technician did not complete the steps for the recall and my vehicle started showing a trouble code. Still having difficulty trying to het them to fix their mistake. This has not been a good experience at all. More

Micheal Robison was great and i would give him 5 stars, but the actual service I"ve recieved I was not impressed with. I"ve been twice to have them find out why my truck is making a noise while in but the actual service I"ve recieved I was not impressed with. I"ve been twice to have them find out why my truck is making a noise while in reverse. The first time they told me to drive it until it broke down and have it towed to them. The second time I asked if they looked at it they told me I had to bring it back when they had more time. Also I had a bad tire that needed to be replaced and not only did they put a different type of tire on, it was the wrong size. The rear end is seeping oil out of it and I mentioned it to them, they acted like it was no big deal. Any way I"ll probably take it across the bay to another dealership and see if they can find out what"s wrong with it. One last thing, they were supposed to rotate my tires and they did not. At this point I"m not even sure they changed my oil. More
I can't take my vehicle back in for lack of ride. Covid is over so they need to offer a courtesy car. The didn't do anything because of waiting for software. Any time I have taken my other vehicle Covid is over so they need to offer a courtesy car. The didn't do anything because of waiting for software. Any time I have taken my other vehicles in for service at other dealerships my vehicle was washed and vacuumed but not here. I understand COVID has made things difficult but is in my opinion would be even more reason to provide the service. More
