Couldn’t even tell what kind of oil they were using or how much in a supercharger. Found out from master dodge mechanical that you can’t even change oil in supercharger without removing it because it is a how much in a supercharger. I was never told they were short on mechanics when I dropped the car off (or scheduled). Every time I called to check the status (1am and 1pm each day), I was told they were looking at it but there wa dropped the car off (or scheduled). On day 3 I demanded the car back; it was obvious no-one was looking at the car as it doesn't take 3 days to program a key fob, or to check operation of the trunk or tank tapping. Worse, dealer policy is evidently that other service advisors weren't even going to check the status; "we don't do anything with someone else's clients." That is a complete BS policy. And, it was obvious the car hadn't been pulled in to start as there were no plastic seat or floor covers. My advisor was polite and nice ll three days. I have less problems with him as an advisor than with the apparent business policy of handling customer service (ell, that and retpairing the car). This rating would be completely different if they had just been honest - "We're short staffed right now and might bot be able to get to it for several days." I would have a) been forewarned of a potential delay, not felt lied to, and I could have prepared by renting a vehicle. Will not go back to this dealer for service. I've got a schedule too and don't have the time to waste checking in with a shop hourly to make sure they're actually doing their jobs. More
