Highly recommend! I was helped by the service team as well as the sales team. Dylan, Matt, Todd and Mikhail exceeded my expectations, especially since it was a Satur I was helped by the service team as well as the sales team. At the end of September I took my vehicle to the shop with concerns about the head gasket. I had taken it to a previous mechanic and in his notes, he stated light crack in head gasket, since they were no with concerns about the head gasket. I had taken it to a previous mechanic and in his notes, he stated light crack in head gasket, since they were not equipped to fit it, I took it to Jubliee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. After my vehicle sat for 2 weeks, I followed up with a phone call. My first conversation with the service station they mentioned concerns with the head gasket. Two weeks after that I followed up with another phone call- during that call they said there was no issue with the head gasket- however they never did an official check of the head gasket. I paid $1500 for a rental car while I waited for this issue to be resolved. Not only did they not call me back like they said they would, but they also didn't even look at the head gasket. My car sat for a month while they did nothing and never let me know their findings-update. I followed up 4 times during that time. Each time I received a different answer- none of which apparently were true. More
