I brought my car to the dealership because my mechanic was unable to fix the specific issue with my car. Admittedly the process seemed frustrating because I was dealing with car issues that would annoy anyone and my warranty company constantly seems like it is trying to avoid paying anything, but in the end the dealership really pulled through in making the process as smooth as possible. The mechanics and service people at the dealership called the warranty company a couple of times to work out what they could, and when I decided I did not want to continue owning my car they helped look into what trading in my vehicle would look like. Overall, the dealership made a stressful and annoying process easier for me as much as they were able to. More

When I finally got me vehicle back, the work they did seemed to resolve the problem. Took about a week and a half so be prepared to wait. They had to take the bumper off and failed to reconnect a couple seemed to resolve the problem. Took about a week and a half so be prepared to wait. Also I would rate this dealership much better than the Encore dealership on Schillinger who in my experience simply does bad work, and hence the need for me to take my Jeep to the Autonation Jeep dealership on Government BLVD. I will take my Jeep back to this dealership in the future. But do be prepared for a wait More
