After bring my truck in because of vibration and noise while driving. They replaced both CV axles. That was the first two times I brought my truck to them in a one month span. Then after having that work while driving. They replaced both CV axles. That was the first two times I brought my truck to them in a one month span. Then after having that work done noticing neither issue was fixed I brought the truck back to them to have it looked out a 3rd time. Which was a big mistake. My truck sat in their parking lot for a week with out being looked at once. Every day I would be fed the same line that I was next in line. Next day would roll around and I would ask has my truck been looked at "NO you are next in line." Im sorry if they knew they were that backed up then be up front and tell me it maybe a few days if not longer before getting to your vehicle. After my wife ended up going off on them lol they finally looked at it. They tell me everything looks fine to them and the only thing they see wrong is one of the wheels is out of balance. Of course I didn't get the tires there so they can't do anything for me. So after sitting there for a week I get told its a out of balance wheel. Which I took to the tire shop and got fixed (no more vibration/ still has a clacking noise.) Needless to say, the lack of communication and professionalism was atrocious. I would never bring my vehicle there ever again. More

They had terrible customer service and little to no communication.
