I purchased a vehicle with a known bad engine. Had AN replace it. Customer service was good however, once I drove the vehicle for 30 minutes it started to run hot, hence the reason the motor was d Had AN replace it. Customer service was good however, once I drove the vehicle for 30 minutes it started to run hot, hence the reason the motor was damaged from the start. I quickly noticed the fan was not working. Also, the check engine light wasn't cleared nor was my engine oil life reset. Their test drive consisted of only six miles. Their post-repair multi-point inspection clearly wasn't thorough. I'm not a certified mechanic by far but common sense would tell me to look for a source of why the previous engine ran hot and locked up after I put a brand new one in. I also didn't receive any instructions on a new motor "break-in period". I am being very generous with three stars. More
Set up appointment because I was told the parts were in stock. This turned into part will be in the next day, then the next week, then another week. After 3 weeks of being without my vehicle, I had to get stock. This turned into part will be in the next day, then the next week, then another week. After 3 weeks of being without my vehicle, I had to get it back and just wait for the part to come in, which was over a month. Also, had the T25 recall done, but the technician did not complete the steps for the recall and my vehicle started showing a trouble code. Still having difficulty trying to het them to fix their mistake. This has not been a good experience at all. More

Micheal Robison was great and i would give him 5 stars, but the actual service I"ve recieved I was not impressed with. I"ve been twice to have them find out why my truck is making a noise while in but the actual service I"ve recieved I was not impressed with. I"ve been twice to have them find out why my truck is making a noise while in reverse. The first time they told me to drive it until it broke down and have it towed to them. The second time I asked if they looked at it they told me I had to bring it back when they had more time. Also I had a bad tire that needed to be replaced and not only did they put a different type of tire on, it was the wrong size. The rear end is seeping oil out of it and I mentioned it to them, they acted like it was no big deal. Any way I"ll probably take it across the bay to another dealership and see if they can find out what"s wrong with it. One last thing, they were supposed to rotate my tires and they did not. At this point I"m not even sure they changed my oil. More
