We bought a new jeep compass and was sold a policy that we were told was a scratch and dent for car repairs and that it was bumper to bumper except the roof. The financial person that sold this to my husb we were told was a scratch and dent for car repairs and that it was bumper to bumper except the roof. The financial person that sold this to my husband is no longer their and I can understand why. When trying to use this policy we found out that it only covers dents on the painted part of the car and not the bumper because it is plastic. We went to the dealership for a refund on this insurance only to be told it couldn't be cancelled. After speaking firmly and in some cases rudely, one of sales Managers agreed to give us back the cost of the insurance. Then when I said something about bringing the care to the service center it had to be left all day and the sales managers said they would give me a ride home as they don't offer courtesy service due to COVID19. So now I can take my car in for servicing. I also need to apologize to our car salesman that was standing their when we were going through all of this. He has been nothing but wonderful. More
