Didn't follow up on the status of my truck and never answered the phone a single time when I called repeatedly - then of course tried to up-sell me on repairs. Personnel commented on how "super old my D answered the phone a single time when I called repeatedly - then of course tried to up-sell me on repairs. Personnel commented on how "super old my Dodge was" in passing when I arrived - even though it's a Ram Dakota, not a Dodge. The restructure didn't happen until 2010 and a knowledgeable staff would've known that. Will never purchase from or drop off for repairs again. :) More
