I normally have my service done at Hill- Kelley in Pensacola but i decided to have it done at Autonation. it seemed that it would had been more convenient since i couldnt be away from home for a long Pensacola but i decided to have it done at Autonation. it seemed that it would had been more convenient since i couldnt be away from home for a long time due to becoming a care giver of a mom that was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 CERVIX Cancer i was definitely wrong. i dropped my car off at 8am. never heard from the technician until 545pm. at that time my service was complete BUT i could not come and get it because the paperwork was not completed. MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!! I will not take my car back to Autonation More
