Service department under staffed, why get an appointment waste of time. Can’t get to it till next day and then I have to call them to check on my vehicle. When I go by to check on vehicle it takes service p waste of time. Can’t get to it till next day and then I have to call them to check on my vehicle. Transaction was fairly smooth and painless and there wasn’t a bunch of high pressure tactics. Vehicle was fairly priced and I believe we got a fair amount for our trade as well.
