I bought my 2016 jeep cherokee from JoBulllard in 2018. . my policy has all ways been to let the dealer I bought my car from service my car...staying at jeep because its a jeep makes sense ..I've had to tak . my policy has all ways been to let the dealer I bought my car from service my car...staying at jeep because its a jeep makes sense ..I've had to take it back a few times on a couple of services but the problems got fixed...good and polite services is my experience..we as customers has to realize we're only human and if you want good service you have to be patient.. Excellent service, the service writer contacted at least every other day to update on my Gov't vehicle.
