Chris was great! We walked in, on the last day of the month, knowing some of the things we wanted. In less than 10 mins, we found one on their website that we thought might be the one. We knew we didn't want to trade down in luxury or towing capacity, and the vehicle we found was perfect for us. It was a recent trade and was still in service, but they were nice enough to let us drive it anyway since there weren't any major concerns. Fell in love with it on the test drive, and the manager worked out a trade for our vehicle very quickly that kept us under our desired spending budget, and everyone walked away happy. Tommy in finance got all the paperwork completed to finalize the deal and a few signatures and some e-docs later, and it was all ours. The service still needed completion, but we were extremely pleased with the whole process. Picked her up on Saturday morning early. It was a pleasure doing business with Autonation and Chris. He is a very nice salesman and wasn't pushy like most are. The truck is truly amazing and is everything we wanted. It cleaned up nicely and runs great. Thanks again! More
