That's at least a 4 hour round trip not to mention the hours and hours spent in the dealership dealing with that stress and headache. Not having to deal with the back and forth and time wasted on top of knowing ahead of time what you will be offered for your trade was huge. There's nothing more frustrating than going to a dealer and having them offer you so much less than you were hoping to get on your trade. I thought this has to be a gimmick. Then I opened chat and talked with Johnny. He was very friendly and walked me through what I needed to do. Johnny and Brian were a huge help to get my car rolling its way to me as I live in Vancouver WA and they are about a two hour drive from me. I asked if I could get my car delivered the next day and they made it happen. I have purchased several cars in my time and always dreaded walking onto a car lot with all the high pressure sales. It would always take several hours from start to finish at the car lot. Not this time, it was so easy that I still can't believe that it really happened. Took me maybe 1 hour to provide everything needed, not to mention how cool it was having my car delivered to me as well. (I met super nice people ). I found the car i wanted and reserved it, but the best part is No one else can see or inquire about it once you reserve it (it will ghost off the showroom list).Once you give them the reserve fee its added to your down payment and if you choose that you dont want that car...A FULL REFUND IS ISSUED!!!. NOW HOW COOL IS THAT! The kicker is your car will be delivered to your front door!!! Take that competing neighbors!!!
