Beware of Scam Sites looking like Joydrive. This is not joydrive's fault, but there are similar named sites out there scamming people. I was almost a victim at a site joy-drive.com, the hyphen being the di joydrive's fault, but there are similar named sites out there scamming people. I was almost a victim at a site joy-drive.com, the hyphen being the difference. They used a "fake seller on consignment" in my case with the initials P.A. Hopefully this review will save someone else from being scammed. Joydrive was responsive when I altered them to the scam and I rated them as high as possible. Be careful out there. More

I found the car through Joydrive, reserved it online for 24 hours, agreed to a price, saw the car, and immediately wanted it. The car was in perfect condition and did not have a scratch on it! The best part was I did not have to go back and forth on the price, we had agreed on the price before I saw the car. Then, the condition of the car was impeccable, and I bought the car. Tanisha was great and had amazing customer service. I highly recommend Joydrive. More

Brian was incredible, and kept me updated via text even during evenings and the weekend as well as took care of all the heavy lifting for me and made sure everything was ready to go before they delivered the car. When the day came we got our new car, Damian and Chip were incredibly ecstatic and easy to work with. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car any other way + Northwest Motorsports was a great experience as well. Two thumbs up! More

Lied to and misled I was lied to every step of the way. The truck I purchased through joydrive was false-advertised and not as described in the ad. Both condition and I was lied to every step of the way. The truck I purchased through joydrive was false-advertised and not as described in the ad. Both condition and the trucks options and features where both very deceitful. The truck had severe rust and corrosion underneath fresh black undersparay and was missing thousands of dollars of advertised options and equipment. Advertised at a certain trim level...with window tint, stainless exhaust; bed and cargo lighting, performance gear ratio, etc, etc....and many options where not on the truck as advertised and promised. These people are still just typical used car salesman...buyer beware! I spent hours on the phone...in the end I felt scammed. Joydrive blamed the dealer (Northwest Motorsports) and Northwest Motorsports blames joydrive. They worked together lies over and over. I was lied to about an adjustment in price and they worked together to run out the clock and the dealer would not accept the return. I was lied to each day about the verbiage of the 5 day return policy.. Brad and Jessica from joydrive, and Brian from NW. I had a short window to return the truck and was lied to until that window was over and they refused the return. But NW Motorsports refused the return within the 5 day period!...told me it was too late, sorry! I could go on and on! In the end...they are typical uses car salesman. They lied, cheated, worked together, and the return was ultimately refused and became a play on words. More
